Started taking 1 MR vortex for my preworkout yesterday, today during training I felt sick and wanted to throw up. I didn't feel energy after taking it, just went to train and got really sick after a few sets.

What could this be? is it safe to keep using 1mr?

Depends what you ate before your workout, if you ate to close to taking it, and how much water you consumed that day. In my experience with my pre's you need to be more than hydrated before talking it, and not wait till taking it to get your water in.

First of all, it is full of stims, so you might have reacted badly to so much stim. Secondly, what they have is a propiertary blend, so there is no real way of knowing what is actually in there, and what could be causing the nausea. My personall recommendation would be to switch for some non-stim based preworkout supplement, such as DSpark. It has no stims in it, so these will not cause you problems, and it is not a propiertary blend, so you will be at least aware of the complete list of ingredients in it. I use it, and I love it - it is so good to have this much energy and such strong pumps during a workout wihtout having to use stims.

It is possible that your body responded negatively to caffeine and you got what is called 'caffeine crash'

a lot of these preworkouts you really should not take without a lot of food and water.

bottom line is it is impossible to get in a good workout when your stomach is turning. so rather then take these ridiculous preworkouts, eat a solid pre workout meal and lots of water and you will get energy

The reaction you are experiencing is from the stimulants in the product. Stimulants effect each person differently. I have used stimulant loaded pre-workouts before and have gotten the same feeing.

I would either try 1/2 the dosage you are using now or use a stimulant free pre-workout like D-spark from n2bm.com.

Couldn't agree more...

I have the same reaction with my pre-workout but only when I'm taking high dosages otherwise it's fine so try lowering the scoops and see how you go
