Quick Cardarine Question

Does Cardarine itself burn fat stand alone or does it give you more endurance to do more cardio and workout harder thus burning more calories?
 
While it promotes an increase of glucose uptake I wouldn't call it a fat burner per se.
Like with any other drug you still need to put in the work to make the most out of its potential.
 
based on all the studies and personal experiences of many guys the more you exercise on it, the more fat and endurance benefits you get.. the nice thing is your endurance will be sky high so it will be fun to do it for a change

if you just take it and sit on your ass eating donuts all day you won't get a lick of benefits from it.

if you want discounts on cardarine i got it, hit me up anyone ..
 
I eat donuts all day on my ass and I have abs Steve......

But as stated above cardarine or stenabolic (sr9009) both are great for endurance so you are able to push yourself that much harder/further so as long as you put the effort in you will see fat loss.
 
i guess my question was if i stayed on the same exercise regimen which is pretty good 7 days a week cardio 6 days a week lifting and added this into the mix would i see increased benifits without do more cardio or lifting volume which is already pretty high. 45-60 mins of cardio a day and upper lower splits 6 days a week

should add currently on week 3 of ostarine
 
you are going to have an increase in metabolism when you use it, so yes, you will burn more fat with it however the basis of it being so extremely effective is the capability it gives you to do more... anytime you can enhance what you are doing which allows for maximum output, you are clearly going to get the most out of whatever you are doing... its not just cardio training either... muscular endurance will drastically increase... so your rest time in between sets will be far less and that will also help for more fat burning...
 
cardarine "does magic" bro but you must continue to train with the same intensity, at this point you will realize that your intensity and resistance in training have moved a few steps over ...

Burn fat is a natural direct consequence, specifically it increases the vascularization a lot, if we talk about physical appearance ...
 
how should i dose it? should i just do 10mg per day in the morning the same time i take ostarine or should i dose it pre workout? problem is on the weekends i workout earlier in the day weekdays in the evening

Best results are 20mg a day and it has a 24 hour half life so can be dosed all at once. 10mg is a decent dosage but 20mg is what I have found to be the sweet spot.
 
Yes it enhances both, but obviously you must be structured in your diet for your goals. It wont do it on it's own
