i guess my question was if i stayed on the same exercise regimen which is pretty good 7 days a week cardio 6 days a week lifting and added this into the mix would i see increased benifits without do more cardio or lifting volume which is already pretty high. 45-60 mins of cardio a day and upper lower splits 6 days a week
how should i dose it? should i just do 10mg per day in the morning the same time i take ostarine or should i dose it pre workout? problem is on the weekends i workout earlier in the day weekdays in the evening
