so i have been on var for 4 weeks now and when i run i get horrible pumps in my legs and my lower back. at first i thought something was wrong with me serious but reading these forums it is probably pumps. any supps to help with that or do i have to stop ?

Var pumps are for real legit. Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water half to a gallon a day. Taurine 5g-10g a day helps. I split 5g in the AM and 5g in the PM so my body has a steady dose

I didn’t see where he posted he was a “runner”. I’m on VAR and the pumps kick in towards the end of my first mile, I typically run 2 miles eod.

Proper hydration doesn’t stop it (for me) but it delays onset for a few 10ths of a mile. Pumps won’t kill you, though it feels like it. Worth it for the heart health. I supplement with bike or elliptical for the remaining of my cardio sessions. Good luck brother.

I guess running is strictly forbidden while on anavar..

But I doubt he’s out running 10ks or marathons. Running a mile or 2 won’t kill anyone haha. That’s all I meant by that.

'and when I run'.

except it will. read my previous post. 1/2 mile to 1 mile is when pumps start and they are crippling. you won't make it a mile. you have to help guys out on here and not mislead them by telling them var is good for running. that is how 99% of guys get into problems from reading bad info on forums, that is not what we do here on evo tell guys steroids are always good for you because they aren't.

I don’t see how what I’ve said is misleading, my previous post admitted to the pumps and when they start (for me). I never said that var was good for running, but I also won’t say that running is a bad thing. Are you saying no running whatsoever? Because I feel we may be saying the same thing.

AAS induced pump. I get this in my lower back and forearms..

Oral steroids particularly are famous for this..

I often use this as a indicator if my gear is good or not.. It provides me with a keen indication that the compounds may in fact be legit/authentic..Now, unbeknownst to many people it actually has a term - It's known as Chronic Exertional Compartment Syndrome
"CECS"..
During our lifts or other activities where many may experience this on-set, it's basically induced by
exercise or functional hyperemia hyperemia (which we expect due to load and stress)..

How does AAS/Steroids contribute?
We all can agree that through the presences of AAS there will be an increase with RBC'c, nitrogen, increase in blood flow/circulation, increased CV performance, along with increased BP..With this said, many of us may already possess a genetic-predisposition, inducing an already preexisting condition that may not typically be a factor normally, it may be a slight annoyance when under heavy stress/exertion, or maybe it's mild and tolerated for some..However, it may increase while taking exogenous hormones amplifying the discomfort, Chronic Exertional Compartment Syndrome (CECS) of certain skeletal tissue/muscle groups.

A lot of motor-cross riders get this in the forearms and ultimately end up have the
fascia tissue removed to allow the swelling to enlarge when need be.(Fascia is a membrane that is around the muscle that separates it into its own compartment).

It's best to do lots of stretching and a good amount of magnesium and potassium aspartate. Stretching, even on off days will help this with being more "manageable"..

I find that Cardarine and taurine together cures my pumps all together. I haven’t had a bad pump or crippling pump in a while. Those are both staples in my blast
