Notes:
Somewhat confused, Friday I felt better, Saturday I felt okay. This morning when I woke up I was back to having that nagging cold, multi-coloured phlegm, mild coughing, running nose. This is getting annoying at this point. If it persists for the remainder of the week I'm going to visit my GP. Easy to feel down when missing workouts, had to talk to myself out of it many times, its okay to miss a session here or there when you're not feeling great.
Got called in to work today, shorter day of 12 hours with my commute. Had a sit down breakfast with the boys this morning.
Decided that it was in my best interest not to push it today, going to postpone some sessions until I'm healed up. I've got a long week ahead of me at work and can't fuck myself and keep battling this feel better, feel shitty, feel better pattern I have going on. I always try and push myself when I'm sick, and I think that it just delays my healing. Going to try and get to sleep at a decent time tonight and try to recover as much as possible.
Ran some numbers on the amount of money I'm spending on fuel commuting which is $700 - $950 a month, so I've ordered a Tesla Model 3. Never driven, or even been in a Tesla, but $62 a month in electricity with a brand new car sounds a lot better than what I'm currently paying, I'll save about $250 a month driving a brand new Tesla versus driving my 10 year old Honda.
