After a period of being stuck just ticking over I've decided to get my head down and start a log - hopefully it will keep me accountable .
Keeping things simple nothing crazy and doing things I know works for my body.
Goal is too get my head back into it , have a tidy up - get fat off and hopefully push for a lean bulk after
Abit about me any way I'm 39 ( old ) soon be 40 , been training around 14/15 years . Competed a few times did alright but since around late 2022 been riddled with niggles and injury's , having to train abit 'smarter' now rather than all out heavy like I enjoy doing
I'm going to be brutally honest on this log - the highs the lows and the inbetween - I think being transparent in this sport is a good thing
Height - 6ft 2
Start weight - fasted ( always weigh fasted )
Last weekend 255lbs
Today - 246lbs
Gear - all Critical labs
Test ( 501 blend ) - 450mg per week
Mast P - 450mg per week
Anavar - 50mg per day
Food
currently around 4200 cals training day -
Carbs at around 500g , protein - 300g , fats - 100g
3500 calories Non training day
Carbs at 350g , protein - 300g , fats - 80g
I'll break down the full meal plan in later posts
Training is 3day split

Legs A
Rest
Pull A
Legs + Arms
Rest

Then on to B routine and swap over each week
No cardio as yet - steps around 18k working a busy manual job
