After a period of being stuck just ticking over I've decided to get my head down and start a log - hopefully it will keep me accountable .

Keeping things simple nothing crazy and doing things I know works for my body.

You’re looking big and thick in the pics, plenty of size on your frame and a solid base to lean out from. At 6’2 and mid 240s fasted you’ve got the structure to really push once the fat comes off and the gear kicks in.

Would be good to see more detail on your training split, what lifts you’re prioritizing and how you’re progressing week to week. Also curious how you’re planning to run the anavar alongside test and mast long term, and if you’ve got a timeline in mind for the cut before moving into the lean bulk. :D

Morning folks! Hope we're all well 😀

So with the training split I made a bit of a typo - I'll get this edited it's a 4 day split not 3 🤦‍♂️ my apologies I blame my large sausage fingers!

So i train -
Monday
Tuesday
Off Wednesday
Thursday train
Friday train
Off Saturday
Off Sunday

Although this week I have only done 1 day on 1 day as been pretty ill with some bug that's going round at work so a few extra rest days won't hurt to get recovered , basically doing Monday - push , Wednesday pull , Friday legs - just for this week then back to the grind full steam next week

I'll start logging the exercises as I do them so we all know what's what

There's no actual time scale on this but I'm aiming for 8 - 12 tidy up then a short cruise and a lean bulk last time I did this in 2022 we ended up around 270 lean

Think I'll run the Var at 4/6 weeks on then have a break but we will see what happens just take things day by day

Here's some pictures fro the 2022 lean bulk , if I can get any way near this I'll be buzzing

Really got a good feeling about this , Critical labs gear is by far the best I've used and with the support from you guys - maybe another show is in the cards next year ???

Here, I got a lot of respect for this layout. curious how you make out with test, mast and var at those dosages. Seems like a good cycle to me. @Arnie86

Hi mate , so this is my current regime for the gear

All Critical Labs

I inject Monday , Wednesday , Friday - 0.3ml Test 501 , 1ml Mast P 150mg on each of them days - so equates to 450mg of each per week

50mg on Var every day - pre workout on training days and just AM on non training days

Really impressed with it all so far
 
So food is the following training day - all food is raw / uncooked weight

Meal 1 - 3 whole eggs , 250ml egg whites , 1 bagel

Meal 2 - 200g chicken breast , 100g jasmine rice , 15ml olive oil , green veg

Meal 3 - 200g lean beef , 100g jasmine rice , green veg

Meal 4 ( pre ) - 120g oats , 50g whey , 30g honey , 100g blueberries

Intra - 25g carb X , 10g creatine , 15g EAA

Meal 5 ( post ) - 120g cereals , 50G whey , 30g honey - some times swap this with bagels / jam

Meal 6 - 4 whole eggs , 30g low fat cheese

I know it's not perfect but for what time I have spare after working 60hours a week , renovating a house and training , it's simple , fairly cost effective and it works for me

Whey protein I use - applied nutrition
EAAs and creatime are normally CNP or warrior

Supplements - daily
2000mg Vitamin C
1 x baby asprin
4000mg omega 3
1000mg ashwa
10mg cialis
3000iu Vitamin D + K2

Currently running BPC157 , TB500 and GHKCU
also the odd shot of MT2 to keep the tanned topped up

Food setup looks solid, protein is high across all 6 meals and carbs are timed well with oats and honey pre then cereals or bagels post for quick uptake. Olive oil and omega 3s cover healthy fats, and with your schedule the meals are simple but still cover all the bases.

Supp stack is dialed in, vitamins, omega, and cialis daily all make sense. Peptides like BPC and TB500 are great for recovery, and GHKCU with the MT2 shots just rounds out the look. For working 60 hours and still pushing training and a house reno, you’ve got a very clean and effective plan.

Weight holding steady at 246 fasted shows the plan’s dialed in, clean macros and water right in range. Pink salt each meal keeps sodium consistent so you’re not chasing bloat swings, and with that much water intake you’re flushing just fine.

Right so had fairly decent leg session , didn't push the weight too high as I've got bursitis in my left knee - just focused on good controlled slow reps

Went to a local commercial gym ( one I will use for cardio ) not my usual hardcore body building one and had some right looks making noise 😂

Right so had fairly decent leg session , didn't push the weight too high as I've got bursitis in my left knee - just focused on good controlled slow reps

Went to a local commercial gym ( one I will use for cardio ) not my usual hardcore body building one and had some right looks making noise 😂

Good call keeping the weights controlled with the knee bursitis, still strong numbers across the board especially pressing 320 kg for 10s while keeping it clean. Hack squats light and slow was smart, saves the joint while still driving blood in. :D
Diet locked in on top of that makes it a complete day, and wrapping the late shifts will give recovery a boost too.

So the weekend I let myself go a little , we had a night out Saturday which was planned months ago to a local pub gig - meals 1 - 4 standard rest day then had a steak and chips for my off plan followed by probably too many JD and diet cokes

Sunday was a little stressful , trace a heating pipe leaking under the floor board in our house which I've just renovated so ended up ripping it to bits to repair it - again all meals 1 - 4 percent last one was a Sunday roast cooked by the girlfriends mum

Little disappointed with myself but we can't turn the clock back and dwell just move forward

Woke up this morning a few pounds heavier - more than likely just water from the extra food

Anyway I've thrown in some fasted cardio in the mix just 20 minutes on the stair master 3/4 times a week and see where we end up

I'll get some more pictures of my physique Wednesday to see where we are at

Had a smashing Push session tonight after work I'll post the full workout later

Good reset after the weekend and smart move adding 20 minutes fasted stair work to flush the extra water. One night off like that won’t set you back, just tighten meals and push consistent sleep this week.

Looking forward to seeing the new pictures and push session breakdown. Use this stretch to regain rhythm and aim for steady cardio frequency before bumping duration. :D

Strong shoulder bias session with heavy work on the incline and Viking press, that 120 kg top set shows you’re holding power even with the knee issue.

With bursitis, stick to light sled drags or seated curls for legs just to keep blood moving. The short 20 min cardio is smart since it keeps recovery high without aggravating the joint.

Training is going decent , strength is in a good spot , the critical anavar taken pre workout is really helping me get through some sessions

Did pill last night - really good session

back shot is most impressive! @Arnie86 I can tell you have solid upper back muscles and also your delts and your traps are also looking strong. Keep it up and keep grinding.

New scales should be at home now thanks to Amazon anyway no dramas

Goal is still the same - tidy up , loose some fat get ready and primed for some tissue growth , as many of you probably already know it's a lot better to push the food when lean to grow seems to respond and cope with it better and can still stay in reasonable condition

Slight calorie drop next week and small dose of clen to help the process

Not long finished a wicked leg session so am I little wired right now

Done 4 days training and 3 cardio sessions this week , just about finished the house so we are moving in this weekend ... hopefully I'll give you more updates now this is done

Retatrutide can work well if titrated slowly start at 0.5–1 mg per week and move up only if sides are minimal. You’re already leaning fast so it’d be smart to finish the clen phase first before layering in GLP support.

Good job staying on plan through the move that’s not easy. 1 family meal a week is perfect to keep balance while staying locked on goals.

At 242 lbs with clen kicking that strong drop the dose slightly if shaking keeps up and add more water and potassium. Keep training intensity high with the food pull and post those pics when you can.

Got my cardio done in the morning but in the afternoon i had to take my daughter to hospital and was there till late at night - managed to stay on plan with food as was all prepped but didn't make the gym so I'll just train a alternate day it's no major issue but my daughters health was more of a priority

Any way woke up at 239lbs pretty flat this morning so we are definitely getting that fire burning now - idea is to get down body fat and then fill up and do a steady lean bulk

I'll be taking pictures tomorrow morning so I'll upload them then

So current training diet is now

Around 3500cals - 360C , 285P , 100F

Meal 1 - 3 whole eggs , 250ml egg whites

Meal 2 - 85G Jasmine rice , 200G chicken breast. 15ml of olive oil , green veg

Meal 3 - 85G Jasmine rice , 200g lean beef , green veg

Meal 4 pre - 100G oats , 30g honey , 50G whey

Intra - 25G carb X , 10G creatine , 20G EAA

Meal 5 post - 100g cereals , 50G whey

Meal 6 - 4 whole eggs , 2 chicken sausages , 60g low fat cheese

Rest day is similar but meal 4 is 75G oats , no honey , meal 5 is 2 lean beef burgers on 1 bun

Cardio currently at 60 mins total per week , steps around 18k

Hey all , so yesterday was a big of nightmare ...

Got my cardio done in the morning but in the afternoon i had to take my daughter to hospital and was there till late at night - managed to stay on plan with food as was all prepped but didn't make the gym so I'll just train a alternate day it's no major issue but my daughters health was more of a priority

Any way woke up at 239lbs pretty flat this morning so we are definitely getting that fire burning now - idea is to get down body fat and then fill up and do a steady lean bulk

I'll be taking pictures tomorrow morning so I'll upload them then

So current training diet is now

Around 3500cals - 360C , 285P , 100F

Meal 1 - 3 whole eggs , 250ml egg whites

@Arnie86 You are pumping that food like a champion. I like the basic foods you're getting in the rice, chicken and green vegetables is basic but it definitely works.

Had a really good pull session yesterday again not gone made with weight just focused on form , trained at a local commercial gym got some right looks training hardcore style .... don't think they are used it in places like that

Strong arm session with clean pacing. Those 25–45 kg supersets for 10–15 reps hit both heads of the arms well, and finishing with the hammer curls and dumbbell extensions thats the way to get a max pump :D

Weight was 236lbs fasted yesterday,, a few Moore pounds heavier today as went out with the kids and had some good food for a family meal - instead of the weekend as I'm working

Strengthens been good , little last stamina due to being ill but still training intense

Everything still the same cardio , training , diet and supplement wise

450mg test , 450mg mast P , 50mg Var , 40mcg clen all critical Anabolics

Here's some pictures from today , a little fuller from the food ... really struggle to tense and squeeze the legs as my feet kept slipping after it had been cleaned 😂
