Recovering a twisted knee

My wife fell on the stairs about 1 month ago and twisted her knee. Now she has full range of motion, but she still experiences a lot of pain. Does anyone have any advice?

I'm thinking about glucosamine and perhaps a omega-3 supplement. Any other options?

Those are both good choices, and the most important thing is that she rests and rehabs it as well

definitely don't use pression on her leg, let her rest and make sure to massage and use some type of good cream for bones
