I like 3 whole cage free eggs with freshly made guac for breakfast unless I am bulking then I eat more. I also have a greens drink with it then an apple or banana. I am getting protein, omega's, vitamins, and veggies all in that meal.
Eggs with oatmeal are definitely the way to go. If that is not enough, you can take a protein shake to complete the breakfast. As mentioned above, please, don't eat the soy protein - it is very bad for a man's health.
Nothing beats the typical bodybuilder breakfast of:
1-2 cups egg whites
1-3 whole eggs
1-2 cups oatmeal (cooked in almond milk if you wish)
fruit (I personally like grapefruit)
This will provide you with a nice balance of protein, fat and carbohydrates and give you sustained energy throughout the day.
