RM order destroyed

I received my package from Roidmass today and the mailman told me something had broken inside so they had to bag it. I opened it to find a bottle of Test and Deca had been shattered to pieces. I was just wondering if anyone here has had any experience with handling this type of situation? The mailman said I could file a claim with the postmaster but I'm not sure how that works since I cannot really say what was in the package. I have reached out to Tadeas and am waiting to hear back from him. Any input is appreciated.

this is unfortunate but it happens, even though roidmass does a great job of making sure their packages are well packed.

the post office does not exactly handle the packages gently in some instances. all it takes is a heavy package being slammed on it

tadeas will make sure you are taken care of

Yeah I dont blame roidmass at all. The package was secure but it looked like someone dropped a ton of bricks onto it.

Unfortunately, no matter how well the Packaging is done.

All it takes is some Mail Handler to Throw or Drop-Kick (seen this done when I was a Carrier), a pack.

And now your Nicely Packaged Gear is just an Oily mess................................... JP

I have had great luck with the packaging but it happens and tadeas is one of the most understanding reps out there so I'm sure if you get in contact with him he can find a way to help you out even though this was not there fault but wouldn't hurt to ask him he's a stand up guy !

Just wanted to update everyone and you know Tadeas is sending out replacements for everything destroyed. Tadeas was awesome through everything and was very helpful.
