this.. check your local/state pharmaceutical laws.. its mostly legal in a vast amount of the sates, however private pharmacies are NOT obligated to sell you them and cooperate policies may be the only interference, but that doesn't mean it's illegal..Try walking into a local clinic, they may be limited on gauge sizes but its still legal...
