Hi,
Training since I'm 15 years old. I decided to jump on the gear after 6 years of which 3 years I did research on anabolics. I read william's anabolic book completely along with Chris Aceto's championship bodybuilding
Before stats: 21 yo - 1m81 - 88kg - around 16% bf
After 12 weeks: 97 kg - 14% bf (my goal was not to cut, just pack on mass and get a little leaner)



As I speak now, 6 months after my first cycle I am at 93 kg. I'm planning to do my second cycle on my 22nd birthday. (almost)


My diet goal was mainly packing on lean muscle mass, which I did. I had no side effects through the complete cycle. My strength went up on ever exercise, had a bloaty water face but was because of the test and ofcourse the higher carb intake. Horny as hell all the time. untill im not 25 yo, I will only do one 12-week cycle per year.


training was like this:
Monday: AM: hammies PM: quads
Tuesday: AM: triceps, side laterals PM: Chest thickness
Wednesday: AM: Biceps, rear delts, PM: Back thickness
Thu: OFF (Stretching and mobility work)
Friday: Lacking muscle parts
Saturday: CHEST/BACK (main focus on width -> flyes, wider grip exercises, and for back i did alot of lat work., pull-ups, pulldowns,...
Sunday: OFF (Stretching and mobility work)


& REPEAT, Ofc. i did switch things up every now and then. but like this it was mainly.


Cardio: 2x per week 25 min stairs post-workout


Food: 4200 kcal approx. my dad (nutritionist) swtiched things up every now and then. sometimes it was 3900, other days 4400,.. on rest days I lowered huge amount of the carbs. went a few times on keto during rest days.

Cycle - All the products I got form steroids-uk.com, so far I have no reservations about the products and service:
  1. Testosterone Enanthate - 250mg first 3 weeks, 500mg 4-12 week
  2. Clomid - 100mg week 15 to test, 50mg week 16-18
  3. Nolvadex - 40mg week 15-16, 20mg week 17-18
  4. Arimidex - 0.5mg/week since week 3
This worked for me with first cycle. Do you have any advises for the next one?

solid first run, you handled it smart and the results show, almost 10 kg up while leaning out a bit is exactly what a first cycle should give. keeping it to one 12 week blast per year until mid 20s is the right call, you’ll hold more long term muscle that way. diet setup was on point too, 4k+ cals with some carb cycling and cardio a couple times a week kept you from blowing up sloppy.
for the next one you don’t need to complicate it, bump test a little higher if you want or add in a mild compound like EQ, both go well with test and won’t wreck you with sides. stick to the basics, keep food in line, and you’ll keep adding quality size.

but after your last cycle, did you do PCT or TRT? not clear. You said PCT but no bloods?

You look very solid in your pictures. I like the cycle setup you have, it's very simple. Only thing I would change is go a little easier in your PCT. The Clomid and the nolvadex dosing is way too high. @thomas1742

As I speak now, 6 months after my first cycle I am at 93 kg. I'm planning to do my second cycle on my 22nd birthday. (almost)


My diet goal was mainly packing on lean muscle mass, which I did. I had no side effects through the complete cycle. My strength went up on ever exercise, had a bloaty water face but was because of the test and ofcourse the higher carb intake. Horny as hell all the time. untill im not 25 yo, I will only do one 12-week cycle per year.


training was like this:
Monday: AM: hammies PM: quads
Tuesday: AM: triceps, side laterals PM: Chest thickness
Wednesday: AM: Biceps, rear delts, PM: Back thickness
Thu: OFF (Stretching and mobility work)
Friday: Lacking muscle parts
Saturday: CHEST/BACK (main focus on width -> flyes, wider grip exercises, and for back i did alot of lat work., pull-ups, pulldowns,...
Sunday: OFF (Stretching and mobility work)


& REPEAT, Ofc. i did switch things up every now and then. but like this it was mainly.


Cardio: 2x per week 25 min stairs post-workout


Food: 4200 kcal approx. my dad (nutritionist) swtiched things up every now and then. sometimes it was 3900, other days 4400,.. on rest days I lowered huge amount of the carbs. went a few times on keto during rest days.

Cycle - All the products I got form steroids-uk.com, so far I have no reservations about the products and service:
  1. Testosterone Enanthate - 250mg first 3 weeks, 500mg 4-12 week
  2. Clomid - 100mg week 15 to test, 50mg week 16-18
  3. Nolvadex - 40mg week 15-16, 20mg week 17-18
  4. Arimidex - 0.5mg/week since week 3
This worked for me with first cycle. Do you have any advises for the next one?
