Side effect from taking certain supplements

Im now taking a low dose of anavar, t 3, and a couple fat burners

One thing ive noticed in the past when ive taken cheap supplements from over the counter. I simply wouldn't care. I wasn't taking care of myself as much and id eat more junk as well.

Well now that im taking expensive products and getting older. I care more now. I don't want to waste money so im simply doing everything better mentally, physically, and emotionally.

So one reason to up your game and stop making excuses about not taking any gear. Start taking gear and you might care more about yourself.

It worked for me.

I originally thought, id keep up some certain bad habits, which i still do, but its alot less now.

hmmm don't known if its a gear thing mate, me thinks it's probably more of a maturity thing than anything else. I really dont think gear will make someone care more about them self, hell some take gear too far and start to care even less!!! (not cycling off for example).

When your young, some can afford to have a 'don't care' mentality, the older you get the more you have to care.

Sometimes its the mind maturing other times its the body breaking down and telling you to start caring....

But each to their own I guess. At least you've figured out what works for you.

I'm with Bamboosolid on this one.

When I was younger, I thought I was Bullet-Proof & Indestructible.

As I've gotten Older, I know I'm Neither, and I hear the Approach of Father Time.

So it's be like all the other Old Guys ~ stuck like Chuck in front of the TV.

Or get my Ass in the Gym ~ eat Properly ~ and take Quality Supplements...................................... JP

Everything @JP4355 says I write down and read multiple times. He looks better in his 60s then most guys look in their 20s.

Health is something you don't appreciate until it's gone. It should be your first priority. It always blows my mind that people spend hundreds of dollars on stimulant based fat burners and pre workouts but don't spend money on any of the important supplements like fish oil, a fibre supplement a good quality multivitamin etc.

With anything in life, you get what you pay for. It's kind of like the difference between a dress shirt from Walmart vs a designer dress shirt. The same is true with supplements. Cheap supplements don't compare to high quality supplements produced by a reputable company.

AS JP said - get your ass in the gym, eat properly and take quality supplements.

Hell, I was around when "Predigested Protein" hit the Market.
Talk about some God Awful Shit.

Some people do need a certain push to stay consistent with diet and training. For some, this can be taking a certain supplement or steroid. Ultimately you need to commit to this lifestyle because you want to be healthy.

Wanted to point out the same thing. Some people when realise that they are spending a buck on supplements/gear, start dieting and training properly, as otherwise they see that wasted expense

keep in mind with T3 if you take a low dose you are merely replacing your own bodies production for nothing. and if you use it long term you can become dependent on it. not sure its a good idea.. also fat burners should not be ran long term either.

We all get what we pay for. So if you want high quality, you will have to pay for it. However, it is well worth it, since there is definitely a noticeable difference between high and low quality supplements. Therefore, it is always best to focus on quality, rather than on quantity.
