sleep problems

i am training around 940 pm lately after my late shift and i cannot sleep after just cannot sleep damn it really getting bad lately very tired in the mornings after going to be at like 5am! looking for some solutions i already tried shit like honey and milk
 
I never worked out that late but melatonin knocks me out. I had to quit taking it cause I felt drunk for the first part of the morning lol

N2Sleep is your best friend here. Take two pills in the evening, and another 2 an hour before going to sleep. They will help you relax big time, and sleep will be very good. it is normal to not be able to sleep after a workout.

I am not an advocate of people working out past 6pm for this reason, however I know because of our American lifestyles many are forced to. you should try and workout in the morning instead before work

Working out Late often effects many People with the same problem of not being able to Sleep afterwards.......................... JP
P.S.
So if it's at all possible, switch to an earlier time in the day.
P.S.S.
Working out raises your Core Body Temperature/Increases your Heart Rate/and prompts your Body to release Epinephrine (adrenaline).
Some people find it difficult to Wind-Down afterwards.
 
I have a similiar work schedule. Whenever I need to close the store I manage, I get up early and get my workout in before work. You will sleep a lot better and most likely have a lot better workout when you aren't as tired from working all day.

If you are forced to workout late at night, make sure you aren't taking any stimulant based pre-workouts before your workout. Caffeine has a very long haft life (6-8 hours) and taking it that close to bed time will really negatively effect your sleep. Look into the stimulant free pre-workout Dspark. You could stack the dspark, a b100 vitamin and a cup of green tea for a cognitive mental boost before your workouts.

N2sleep is a great natural sleep aid supplement. Try taking 2 capsules 30-45 minutes before bed. It should really help as well.
 
I like valerian root and gaba. But I have legit insomnia, i refuse to take stuff like xannax or ambein. So if natural stuff doesnt work, i go a couples days without sleep and tough it out.
