I have a small mass just above the nipple that has been there around a week. I thought it was just the sust taking a bit to dissipate since I shot the pec around that same time. The mass almost feels like a piece of chewed gum. Nipples aren't sensitive, no lumps underneath and no itchiness. Years ago I got some itchiness and tenderness which I resolved with low dose nolva when I knew it was symptomatic of gyno. Since this is totally different, just wanted to see if anyone had any ideas. I have nolva and clomid on hand and Letro coming in.

Are you saying this lump is right at the injection site?
I've never known gyno to set-in above a nipple. It usually manifests under and/or behind the nipple. So, given that you injected into breast tissue, it may well be some type of infection. Does it also feel warm if not somewhat hot to the touch?

I would say - stop injecting into breast tissue altogether. It's just an entirely odd place to pin, in my estimation.

You want to use as many different injection sites as possible to minimize scar tissue build up.
