Blood Work How does this blood work look?

DCB82

V.I.P.
EVO Logger
Just got bloodwork back at week 5 of 12 of my blast. Running 500/wk Test Cyp. So far no AI, since I crashed my Estrogen last year on another blast.
Total Test 3120ng/dL
Free Test 824ng/dL
Sensitive Estradiol 72pg/mL

Feeling pretty good overall, maybe some slight water retention, and no real visible gyno signs but left nipple is hard and sometimes an achy type feeling. Not really itchy..hard to describe.
Just wondering if I should take my Arimidex to knock the E2 down slightly(maybe 0.25 twice a week to start) or if that’s all in my head?
Kind of paranoid of crashing E2 again after bad experience last time.
Thanks!

I don’t have a way to blur the info, but all other markers are within normal ranges.
The ranges are as follows:
Total T is 250-1100ng/dL
Free T is 35.0-155pg/mL
Ultra sensitive estradiol is < or = 29pg/mL

screen shot on phone and use paint tool to paint over it, can you do that? @DCB82

I had rather not. But like I mentioned, all other markers are perfect…just curious thoughts on numbers that I posted. I appreciate it!
i dont understand why you can't share the bloods? your personal info is not on there @DCB82 its anonymous, but copying and pasting in the past I found issues with, so please upload it

Yea I have arimidex available. Last time I took 0.5 on mondays and fridays and within a few weeks was crashed to the point it didn’t even register on sensitive E2 test
Cut it in half and try 0.25mg once a week see how it goes sometimes it doesnt take much

Having high estrogen is more risky than having low estrogen. People have to realize that.

Estrogen is really something you got to play around with. Everybody's going to be a little different on what works for them. I like to keep mine in range.

Its funny on the internet you hear both sides of that argument, some say let it run because its cardio and neuro protective, some say keep it low, I am personally shooting for ref range, high e2 has been causing me issues lately.

That said for @DCB82 anything that is double the ref range warrants attention

Some people like to keep estrogen high and some people like to keep it low. It just depends on where you're at.

Bros I like to keep the estrogen middle of the range that my sweet spot but everybody a little different.

when you say stuff like 'its in my head' it makes me wonder what kind of effects the estrogen could be having

Open the doc in paint and or a photo editing app and just 'paint' over that part of the image

Bodybuilders are too obsessed with gains. High estrogen causes issues like cancer
Low estrogen hurts gains but man I would rather hurt gains short term then get cancer or gyno

Absolutely, its a topic I am researching quite alot, because as I said you seem to get some really wildly different answers - no wonder so many mess it up

yeah i used to be one of those keep estrogen high end or a bit over on cycle. but the cancer thing is legit.. its not a coincidence so many bodybuilders are found to have cancer in autopsy

Try 0.25mgs monday/thur @DCB82

I’m in USA as well. The ref range is 29 or below. I just always heard that ref range was for someone not on exogenous testosterone or blast cycles.
I heard that too. I had e2 near or over 100 for years. Had blood pressure and acne issues the whole time. And possibly some mental effects that I didn’t really understand until I got my e2 down where it belongs. In the 30s. I wouldn’t even think of letting it go over 50-60 again. But it happens quite easily to me
