Just bought some 1" 23ga needle heads off amazon. Got them in today and I guess their "blunt tip". They are also all in one plastic box together. They say not for medical use, industrial use only. I have a pretty good feeling that I'm gonna have to reorder some needles because I don't think these are sterile. Please help me out guys. Thanks

Ummm.... Pitch them!! GPZ services is the one of the best places for syringes/needles ....check them out!!!

ebay would have been better.

I've used GPZ with great success. I like the Terumo's - My preference. They are cheap - I would err on the side of caution on this one.. Good luck with your training.

I normally buy Luer Lock syringes and needles. Now I'm stuck using the 3ml. syringes and 22gauge needles from the VA for 2 years.

Blunt tip needles can be used for all sorts of things, but not injections. They can be used to apply glue or oil to a small surface, or to wash out a small confined space (like the socket where a tooth was pulled for example). You'll want to get some regular ones instead obviously, and like stated above- gpz is a great place for that stuff.

Fuck blunt needles lol yea man the good ones really arent that expensive so dont short yourself

GPZ services and Allegro Medical are both right on. When it comes to things like this you should never try to save a dollar. You need to get the known best.

Ya bro, stay the fuck away from those needles! Even if they were sterile, blunt tip means PIP city!

Go to gpz services and get some syringes. They are cheap as fuck anyways. Just toss the amazon ones

They have a nice price. So what are these needles I bought for then?!

Blunt tip needles are usually used in a hospital/medical setting to pull up meds out a vial and inject thru a port in a patient's IV line! ....reduces the risk of accidental needle sticks to hospital personnel!! ....believe it or not, needles are not used as often as they used to be! ...only for IM/SQ injections! ....safety first!!!

Blunt tip needles are used for drawing up solutions that were in glass ampules that had to be broken in order to access the medication. Blunt tips are filters, they ensure no glass enters the syringe as you draw up. You can use them do draw up, but swap out the blunt tip and use a pin to inject, otherwise it's going to hurt like hell and bleed a lot (meaning there's a good chance you'll bleed out a good portion of whatever you're injecting).

If your meds come in glass ampules instead of vials, you'll need blunt tips AND pins (your choice of size). Otherwise, if they come in vials, just stick with pins.

Ummm... Read the above! You use a FILTER NEEDLE to draw up meds from an ampule.

Not sure which state you live in but some states allow the sale of sterile needles without a prescription. It's too keep the infection from drug use down. At first I thought they were only allowing small gauge but it's any size they have in stock. In certain states you can get them at walgreens, CVS etc. Double check on that first. But please remember safety first, even tho your probably foaming at mouth for your first injection.

A lot of states do not require a prescription for syringe/needles when purchasing at pharmacy BUT pharmacist sometime pull "it is store policy that we do not sell without a script". It is
F CKING hit or miss sometimes.
I have trouble and I have a valid script for Test Cyp. I run out of pins (I use I 1 to draw 1 to inject) sometimes I need the doctor to write me a script for syringes/pins only. WTF back in the day I was able to get free needles everyday but they are no good for oil. lol !

healthykin and firstoptionmedical there cheap and have the BD brand and for insulin pins totaldiabetessupply the cheapest I've found

I used to order from Australia, very cheap, lasted five years, all gone now. I order from Amazon or ebay along with other stuff, more convenient for me.

If you need them quick hit up a tractor supply. Former coach recommended getting them there and so far so good.

Came in to recommend this. Went in yesterday for some. The smallest stuff they have are 3cc syringes and 22 ga. pins though, so if you want something less you'll have to look elsewhere. Everything is sterile and individually wrapped though.

1.25 a pin can get expensive.....

Even if you pin eod, that's still only $5/wk tops. If you're doing it ed it's still less than ten, and considering the amount of gear you would have bought to stick that much, it's really a very small fraction of cycle cost.

I'm sure you can get them cheaper, but 1.25 for a rig in your hand ain't bad.

I bought 100 syringes with draw pins and separate stick pins with shipping it was less than 40 bucks

I just heard from some people that they thought Amazon was a good place. Got my syringes from there and their fine but the needles... like wtf their like some deal out of saw

That was Good Advice about 1 year ago when Amazon did sell Syringes with Needles and Injectable Vitamin's.
I'm not sure what happened.
Someone said that the DEA or FDA were giving them some Grief............................................ JP
P.S.
Made Life a little more Difficult for me - I use to get my 5,000 Mcg/ML - Methylcobalamin (B-12) from them.

I recently bought luer lock syringes from amazon, but I only found blunt needles there. I ordered needles international...came in no prob. Supposedly, laws vary in different states about buying needles with or without a script for something injectable. I already have injectable scripts, not that I was asked by customs.

Check my reply I get the same from healthykin 3cc lureloc 20ga syringes 9 bucks and firstoptionsmed I get the 23ga bd lureloc pins100 for 9 bucks👍. There the same co just different names

I got my needles from sterile syringe.com...came from Australia. I had to sign of package and the envelope had a fluorescent orange sticker on it that said "ID recorded." Awesome:confused:
