I am 53 years old (192cm tall, 95kg) looking to lose some fat and gain some muscle for the summer. This will be my fourth cycle and trying to get lean for summer. Let me know your thoughts. Thank you.

Weeks 1 - 12 - Test E, primo and GH
250 mg/week of test e and primo
GH (3ius, 5x/week)

(Clen + T3 week 1-8 only)
Weeks 1–2 (Ramp-Up):
• Clenbuterol: Start at 20–40 mcg/day (split doses, e.g., morning and afternoon), increase by 20 mcg every 2–3 days toward 80–120 mcg max.
• Cytomel (T3): 25 mcg/day (single morning dose to mimic natural rhythm).
• Focus: Assess tolerance—watch for jitters, cramps, overheating. Supplement potassium/taurine (3–5g taurine/day) if cramps occur.
Weeks 3–4 (Peak):
• Clenbuterol: Maintain 80–140 mcg/day (or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off to fight tolerance).
• Cytomel (T3): 50–75 mcg/day (do not exceed 100 mcg; higher risks suppression).
• Expected: Intense fat burn and metabolism boost, but monitor heart rate, temperature, and palpitations closely.
Weeks 5–6 (Maintenance/Taper Start):
• Clenbuterol: Hold peak or taper down by 20 mcg every 2 days.
• Cytomel (T3): Hold 50–75 mcg, then taper (reduce by 12.5–25 mcg every 3–4 days to prevent rebound hypothyroidism).
Weeks 7–8 (Taper-Off):
• Clenbuterol: Reduce to 20–40 mcg, then stop.
• Cytomel (T3): Taper to 25 mcg, then off—extend if rebound fatigue appears.
Post-cycle Break: At least 4-6 weeks off both to reset systems. Combine with 500-1000kcal daily deficit, 1.5-2g protein/lb bodyweight, and cardio 3-5x/week for best results.

So where do I start.

At 1:1 test and primo you could be set or it could crash your e2 just depends on how sensitive you are. Running t3 with out t4 isn't normally the way it's done.

I believe you'll be at risk of being catabolic @Thoranosaurus_flex, you have any thoughts on this? Your more experienced with thyroid manipulation
 
So where do I start.

All good brother. It was you or one of the coaches I know that I would have put onto this but with all your experience your damn near a coach anyway (or beyond depending on the coach) knowledge wise

Hi brother 🤝 I like how you have approached this. You have done your research & it shows.
All round I like your approach.
You have done quite a few cycles in the past which makes you quite experienced with it all.
Firstly I want to say that it is difficult for most if not all to gain muscle & lose fat at the same time even for seasoned veterans & pros.
This is why most if not all will do it in 2 separate phases & not combined.
A push phase (maximum muscle gain) followed by a cut phase (maximum fat loss) or a recomp phase (fat loss & some muscle gain).
Factors that will be influencing your ability to gain muscle & loss fat at the same time are firstly your ability to stimulate maximum amounts of muscle hypertrophy in the first place which can take years to master & some never get it & most just continue to throw weights around with more & more weight on the bar hoping for the best.
Secondly is your nutrition, sleep & recovery.
Thirdly your Ped's & Supps need to be carefully implemented in order to do so.
Your Anabolic Ped load is not going to be enough to remain in an Anabolic state with the amount of Thyroid that you are going to be using.
If you are set on using those doses of Test, Primo & Hgh then stick with no more than 25-35mcg of T3 per day.
If you really want to grow then up your Test dose to minimum 400mg, Primo to 300mg, Hgh to 4i:u.
This should be enough to offset most if not all of the catabolism for high dose T3.
Your calories need to be on point though.
Your Clen is aggressive but ok.
Personally I wouldn't go over 50mcg of T3 per day.
I personally used 20mcg per day for both Offseason & cuts.
This is a replacement kind of dose taken because taking Aas & Hgh in bodybuilding doses both lower thyroid production.
I would recommend that you get a comprehensive Thyroid panel done including free T3 before you start as your T3 dose should be dependent on what your starting level of thyroid is in the first place.
@Demon_throne funny that you mention about the Verified Coaches.
They are highly recommended for everyone including someone like myself with pre existing Coaching & Competitive experience.
No one can ever be too smart.
We are all always learning new & revised things.
I do plan on eventually applying for one of the Verified Coaching positions on EVO, but for now I'm proving myself with my currently available knowledge & resume to the entire EVO Community.

Thanks for the great info. I am now going to up my test to 400mg/wk and my primo to 250mg/wk. Also, I've never tried GH up to 4iu (Mon - Fri) but I will give it a shot because I honestly don't usually notice much from 3iu. I will keep a close eye on my tolerance for clen and T3 and may need to reduce the dosages a little. I've also got some left over arimidex so I will take a half pill per week. Looking forward to this cycle. :) Thank you again.

Take the Hgh all in one dose of 4i:u before going to bed.
Don't split it up trying for fat loss.
You are better off taking it all in one go before bed as this will aid in maximum muscle growth & recovery & fat loss through processes which involve caloric burn from having higher percentages of muscle mass

Okay, I was going to take the gh in the mornings with the T3 (on an empty stomach 30 minutes before any caffeine), but if you think nighttime is better I will try it right before bed. Thanks.
