Supplement to heal me

I'm getting really frustrated being sore for so long after lifting. I'm on 2 days now (about to be 3) trying to heal and I've been taking my 3 scoops of AMP morning and 3 before before bed to help aid in the healing..

I feel like by the time I heal for the next visit to the gym, I'm going to lose all the work I put in on the previous visit.

Any suggestions? Maybe a supplement to help out?
 
If by healing, you mean it takes 3 days for the muscle soreness to go away, don't worry, you aren't losing your gains. It means you are working hard though. Be patient, muscle growth takes lots of time. Make sure you are getting enough sleep and food as well. Eventually you won't feel as sore for as long as your training experience grows.

Look at massages, hot yoga and a hot bath.
 
we need to get away from wanting to 'take things' to heal us.

remember the #1 way we heal is our own bodies.

you get into a car accident and your body is messed up right? it takes time to heal. in hospitals they have you lay in a bed and hook you to a an IV. it isn't anything magical and they don't give you AMP or whatever supplement that social media dude on instragram tells you fixes you. so based on that you do 2 things. 1. hydrate and 2. rest
 
You need to take a break to be able to recover, it won't be easy but all you have to now is to be patient.
