I'm getting really frustrated being sore for so long after lifting. I'm on 2 days now (about to be 3) trying to heal and I've been taking my 3 scoops of AMP morning and 3 before before bed to help aid in the healing..
I feel like by the time I heal for the next visit to the gym, I'm going to lose all the work I put in on the previous visit.
Any suggestions? Maybe a supplement to help out?
