supplements on days off

Hi guys, I'm not an expert on body building and supplements, I will be going on my own to get size, I'm 21 and
I will start lifting soon, I have a training routine I found online, and purchased some protein,creatine, multi v and
aminos, my question is if I have to take all those supps in my days off or just work out days, thank you.
 
you went and bought pretty much all the cookie cutter stuff the guru's on social media peddle.

without knowing the brands/ingredients i can probably guess the only result you will get from all that crap is a hole in your wallet... i would go to n2bm if you are serious and buy real stuff that actually works.
 
Besides pre-workout supplements - all supplements should be taken on training days and rest days
 
You don't really need them at all right now but if you are going to take them then take them every day. Since you are new to lifting you just need to learn how to be consistent with diet and training. Supplements will help fill in the gaps in your nutrition. They are not magic nor will they give you "gains".
 
I no many people on here think you should use creatine year round, and dont cycle it.

next week i plan on taking the week off from the gym to give my joints a rest.

should i also take the week off from creatine???
