My bodyfat is confusing me, i thought i was about 15 maybe but shit i don't look like that, no real abs yet, but there doesn't seem to be that much on me. I think it has something to do with my body type. I'll get my girl to take pics later and i;ll post them in my log and maybe everyone can help me!
My opinion is to not get caught up in what BF you think you are, just get to that point you want to be at and be happy. If you get caught up in a number, then you will get frustrated if you find out that you are really higher than you think. Maybe only be interest about your bf %if you do a contest, or just for the fun of it. I have always been conservative with my bf to not get frustrated, and it helps

Today I have a back and arms workout ( skipped tri's the other day so gonna hit them hard with my bi's!) I also just feel like a good ol deadlifting day. So I think I am going to start the day out with a little bit of old fashion Deadlifts! LIttle cardio to warm up and then hit that cold bar of steel, throw on those old dusty plates, and lift some good weight. Nothing that I used to DL, I used to warm up with 315, lol. and do my sets of 405. So I will prob slowly get up to only 315. I jsut dont want to mess my back up!
Then I'll do some pulldowns, 1 arms rows, shrugs, lateral raises, and then some bi's and tri's... wow, thats going to be a long workout even though I have minimal rest between sets and exercises! Then some cardio after, and then need to do some cooking tonight for tomorrow's meals. Then it's off to hit the road! BUSY DAY!
I have no more n2kts til tuesday, so it's going to be all me killing it today in the gym!!
I love the Deads, and in a tank top cause it makes me look sooo much buffer than I really am.

I just do a few sets of DB shrugs. Traps have always been a little easier to grow than everything else.

Haha, off until my next (inj) cycle starting the end of March, 2nd inj cycle, and it'll be 5 years since my first!!! will def grow a ton!!
Soo I tried posting my workout last night but couldn't post it, got error messages and stuff. So I get to do that now! Plus a lot easier on my work comp! lol
So I got to DLing after 10 mins of warmup cardio, stretched a bit, then started out light, and did 145 for like 15. The I just did sets of 5 with 225, 285, 315, and would have done 365, but my grip failed! lol
So not heavy weight at all, but def a good starting point, and I think I'll do these every other week for some fun! Plus they got me sweating for my workout![]()
Had a great workout, and everything went great, I increased the weight, and my reps were faster ( not that they are fast reps, but a controlled 2 up, pause, 2 down, pause). I was going waay to slow before. I ended with cardio.... well half of it. I was going to do 20 minutes, but then a little after 10 minutes, the power went out! *Darkness* All the machines turned off, so I am glad I was only walking and not running! So I got off and pounded my OJ and then my whey and took off!![]()
