Can Tamoxifen hinder gains? I am very sensitive to gyno and was thinking Tamoxifen can hinder my gains is that true or is my friend talking crap?

you dont want to use nolvadex for your ai because its NOT an ai, its an estrogen blocker but people that say ai's hinder gains dont know what they are talking about, dont know how to use them or are not saying it properly.... the only way an ai will hinder gains is if you crush your estrogen, which would mean you are abusing the dosage... if you are estrogen prone, you need aromasin...
