Unfortunately I suffer from this in my thumb/wrist area. It hurts. Pushing exercises really bother it. Other then icing and wrapping the area I don't know what else to do. I'm not into getting an injection to temporarily relieve the pain. Does anybody else suffer from this? What do you do?
 
Are you getting the "Trigger Finger".
Where the Digit Locks and after a Forceful Release you get a Snap.

My Mom had this for many years, she would get the Injections and that would help for about 6 months.
She also Wore a Brace when it was bad and to Sleep with so if she Accidentally rolled onto that hand, she had some support.

Unfortunately, besides Nsaids/Shots/and Bracing, there's nothing new that I'm aware of for this problem......................... JP

The Graston Technique may offer some relief, it cured my Tendonitis of the Elbow.

Thank you jp. I do not get a snapping. I belive they refer to this as "De Quervains" Tendonitis. It's the tendons between the thumb and the wrist that get inflamed. Many doctors say it is very common in new mothers using the "v" shaped between fingers and thumbs to pick up their babies. I have no idea how mine started but it is painful and increases overnight due to funky sleeping positions. I think I should brace it at night to see if it helps. Thanks again

I would ask your Doctor for an Assessment with a Physical Therapist that does Both Active Release and the Graston Technique................... JP

My Tendonitis was so bad that I couldn't Turn a Doorknob, No Joke, I would get a Pain right up my Forearm to my Elbow.
I Actually had to get my Radius & Ulna Re-aligned.
I didn't even know that was possible.

ouch, if that's the same thing as trigger finger/thumb, it is extremely painful. I getr trigger thumb where the bone in my thumb feels like it is gonna break through the skin and is extremely painful. thnk god I only get it from hgh use and it gets so bad I have to stop takinh hgh. I had a visit with a hand specialist and had a surgery scheduled to release the tendor, but it got better after I stopped my hgh cycle. I would absolutely get it checked out by a hand specialist, cause it is extremely painful and used to wake me up in middle of night with crazy pain, lol.

Sincerely, I am no expert on this one, and obviously @jp4355 got you well covered on this issue, but I truly believe that Ostarine and N2Joints RX might be useful for this situation, since it is tendon related. I have also had some awful tennis elbow before, and at times it got so bad, that I could not turn the knob of the door either. Nothing would help me, and only ostarine made a difference. Then, after I added to the stack N2joints rx the thing got even better.

Not sure that it will help, but it is definitely worth a try. Hope your wrist gets well pretty soon.
 
Uhhhh I would love to know if you find a cure. I have a similar issue with my index finger.
 
JP gave you some great advice. The only other suggestion I could add is try out acupuncture. Acupuncture has done wonders for the bad knee I have from playing AAA hockey.

As for supplements - the stack Lev posted about is your best bet. 25mg ostarine/day + 5 n2joint RX capsules/day. Along with this, incorporate some anti-inflammatories into your supplement regime such as fish oil.

sounds like you need to give it a rest.If exercise is making it worse, then dont excerise for a bit
 
Hey aggirl I was wondering if you had any luck with your condition. I've been dealing with the same thing for the last 4 month and I have tried everything. Im at the point it is really affecting my pushing workouts and pull-ups can be tough too. Im doing everything I can to maintain but its painful. I've tried numerous supps that did nothing and currently Im 2 weeks into a TB-500 regime that I will combine with OsteoBiFlex (I heard some have had luck with this alone) starting today. Im also running Ostarine. I want to avoid the cortisone since I know its a temporary fix in most cases so I would just be delaying the inevitable surgery I am also trying to avoid. Im hoping to see some progress in the next few weeks but I have my ortho doc set up on the 15th just in case because I cant take it anymore. My brother had same issue and said 2 cortisone shots got him another year out of it but eventually had to get the surgery which did work.
 
Anyone find a cure?

You can start very light pain free tendon glides and stretches once the sharp pain calms down, but if it worsens or you feel catching, locking, or numbness you need to back off.

I think if the pain is that bad it might not be from the HGH bro.

Actually yes @Ohyeahbra start a new one as a whole. You started yours back in January and there's nothing really of any substance since.

Start a brand new one and update all stats including the issue that is maybe from GH. The infrared lamp can be an effective solve for this (or at least help) and you can try cold laser therapy as well. HarleyGirl has some Darth Vader mask she wears at night and she uses it on her face.

Authoring a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread using a full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
It will take 15-20 minutes max.
We have 100's of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight, height, age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Do you still want to have kids? I recommend becoming as learned as possible on steroids in this order:

  1. PCT (after steroid usage how can you come off in a healthy way to get your natural test, hormones and HPTA back up and running)
  2. Diet/Supps (we must see you have this dialed in with the proper macros and calories and supplements)
  3. Training (we need to make sure you're training is consistent and proper)
