Starting a log on here.
Currently using 200:200 test/eq from @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals

Been going really well with that.

Starting to try some peptides which I’ll be getting from @PeptideX who has said they’ll sponsor me on a few products.

Will start with
Retatrutide - 3mg a week

Then hopefully add in some HGH shortly

Keen to see how it goes and I’ll upload some pics and diet soon

First week in and taken 3mg of Reta. Appetite is down a fair bit Which is good, since the EQ was making me pretty hungry all the time

Physique pic attached. Will be a bit tricky over Xmas to stay on diet so I’m interested to see how the Reta works for the next month or so

@Sassy Rep gear going well and @PeptideX just sent me a few more peptides to try - keen to add them in soon

First week in and taken 3mg of Reta. Appetite is down a fair bit Which is good, since the EQ was making me pretty hungry all the time

Physique pic attached. Will be a bit tricky over Xmas to stay on diet so I’m interested to see how the Reta works for the next month or so

@Sassy Rep gear going well and @PeptideX just sent me a few more peptides to try - keen to add them in soon

Hey brother you might like to get an LCMS e2 test done 6-8 weeks into this cycle. 1:1 test:EQ has been crushing peoples e2. Would love to see some physique updates as you go as well! How does your nutrition look?

Doing an update after the holiday period

Been on and off the gym and diet for the past two or so weeks but meal prep again and back on track.

Supps
Running with @Sassy Rep test and EQ and have gone to 200:100 ratio. Been solid as, had sassy gear for years now never an issue

Took a break from Reta over the Xmas period and took my first dose again 3mg the other day and crazy how satiation just happens so quick. @PeptideX supplying the Reta, mt2 and just gave me some hgh so I’m adding 3iu a day 5 days a week.

Food
Pre gym - 2x lcms
Post gym - protein shake

Lunch - 300g chicken breast, 80g rice and vegies

Snack - 300g yoghurt, 50g museli, 50g berries

Dinner - 250g turkey mince, salad, pineaple

Snacks - protein shake, 1 serve ice cream stick, fruit/veggie snack

Gets me to about 2200 leaving some room for smaller snacks here and there

Training
Currently still doing the bro split, just easiest with shorter workouts if I’m running short of time
Trying to bring back more cardio so doing some running as well
Aim to train 5/6 days a week

Weighing in at about 87. Think there is some puffiness from the hgh, aiming to get around the 85 mark and sit there. Current physique attached

Trying to split it between glutes/hammies and then quads. With work my sessions are shorter so I feel like it’s better to do 2 separate days
Would bring me to 6 days training a week
might be overtraining but lets see :D

Dinner currently as per pic, I’m finding carbs are better for me during the day and not after work as I’m not as hungry. Lettuce, sauerkraut, pineapple and 200ish grams of lean mince

For bench depending on incline or flat I aim for roughly 8, if I have a spot I try and push to 11/12.

Weight wise on the incline I’m at 40kg and flat I do around 35kg

Squat I go a bit lighter might do 80/90kg but look to do 10-15 reps, more in the first sets then tapers off

@Sassy's Pharmaceuticals going well as I’m in my second week of 450:150 test/eq. Solid as usual.

Reta I’m spacing out to every 5 days at 2.5mg and that’s from @PeptideX which also has given me the hgh which now I am dropping for a little.

Food could be a bit cleaner, but still sitting at roughly 2500 and the only change has been fish for dinner instead of mince. See how that goes for a few weeks - wanting to lock my food in and keep it for the 12 odd weeks I do the test/eq

Will most likely bump it up closer to 3000 in the coming month

try to drop in some 15-20 rep sets you try higher volume for a set? @NikoNikoNiko

That’s a good idea I’ll try that out, will be good for morning training since I have a bit less energy for heavier lifts

Training has been light lately, taking a few days off, been overly tired so thought I’d force myself to take a break. Trained maybe 2 times this week. Just light.

Will get back into the routine tomorrow.
