I just got test 250 and npp, looking to do a cycle. Just need some guidance through this cycle.

I’m 33 weight 130lbs thanks

that is really really skinny man. my guidance is to build a strong base first. you have to put in more hours in the gym and eat muscle building foods. it takes some time.

hopping on the sauce now will make you dependent on it just to make any sort of progress and you will 99% quit once you come off cycle. seen it a million times
 
Sorry forgot to mention I’m also 5’3 lol I’m a short human. I’ve been lifting for about 3 years on and off.

I train 4 days a week

Monday - upper body
Tuesday -lower body
Wednesday - off
Thursday- upper body with different exercises
Friday - lower body with different exercises

Diet is pretty simple, usually like to stick to chicken and rice, protein shake after workouts. Off days like to do low carbs.

Do you know your calories and macros, also how many meals a day your having

Personally I get these tracked for a month before I start cycle to making it easier to adjust diet. This is where tracking become important to get most out of the cycle.
I would do 250 test, 300npp a week when on cycle.

No gear yet bro. You need to eat. And a lot. Literally like a job. That’s probably your problem, it sux but you got to. And of course lift hard
