Daily steps - 16k-20k (construction)
Calories currently - 3800 training/3500 rest
Goals - Lean Bulk
Physique-
Peds - Test cyp 100mg ED + looking to add some npp next week (low dose?).
Diet-
Training split - off, off, push, pull, legs, upper, lower.
Supplements -
So I’ve been running test 100mg ED for the past 6 weeks with no e2 problems and no ai needed. I feel great, strength is up, recovery is good (Oura ring tracked), strong libido and great sense of well being. Have some npp coming in this week so I figured I’d give it a try. Looking to pack on some mass before I cut in a few months. I would probably start the NPP at 25-50mg ED.
