read to run my fifth cycle and would be running test e 250mg every fourth day for 10 weeks and dbol 20mg ed for first 6 weeks. my weight is 85kg, BF 15-17%, 195cm, and 29 years. Started lifting about 3 years ago.

Diet simple with chicken breasts, lots of juices, eggs, oatmeal, and yogurt. any tips or recommendations for me on this cycle? especially for PCT.
 
your body fat is already too high to run a cycle and to top that off, you want to run dbol with it? bro, come on... i recommend you get yourself in better shape with sarms and then run a completely different type of cycle after you get in better condition... run a sarms triple stack first... after you complete that, then we can get you on a better type of cycle... i will lay out everything for you...

add lots of beef + fish to your diet

use the GW (sarm) + albuterol for sure. that will allow you to drop quick weight. next, dial in your diet. you will need to make more of a lifestyle change than a diet. because after this fat buring phase your going into your tes/d bol cycle. adding winny of the tail end of the cycle will let you shed any BF gained on cycle.

you will want to eat a lot more than you did in your fat buring phase so this last 4wks should also be used to "cut". The d bol on the front end will provide lots of strength gains and you will bulk up quickly.

Yes, get rid of the juices, unless your juicing them yourself, (to much sugar, gives unwanted Insulin spike) and also drop the yogurt, you don't need all the milkfat. Chicken and Fish (fresh, if you can get it), Eggs are good, (Organic, better for you, and better tasting) Carbs, (Oatmeal) only in the morning, rest of the day, salads with Vinaigrette, (Extra Virgin Olive Oil and any Vinegar you like), green beans, broccoli, and any dark greens. No corn, too high glycemic. Sweet Potato with a post workout meal, that's the only other time you want carbs, outside the morning. Protein, 2 grams per lb of bodyweight. This will get your BF down. Also, Digestive Enzymes with every meal, to help digestion, and Psyllium Husks, twice a day will help get rid of the fat and reduce your Cholesterol. Before I forget, get some Liv-52 DS, for Liver Support. (Amazon, has it real cheap) The Diet is Key, if you want a good cycle. One of the most impt. and overlooked is WATER, without proper hydration, the body does not function. Aim for over 1 gal. a day, yes you'll pee a whole lot the first week or two, and then your body will adjust. I can't stress enough how impt. WATER is.
