Approved Log Testosterone Equipoise Cycle Log

I’m planning to start a new cycle and wanted to document my approach and progress.

The current plan is to run 500 mg of Testosterone Enanthate per week along with 250 mg of Equipoise per week over a 20-week cycle. I’m also considering incorporating Anavar, running it for the first 4 weeks and then again during the final 5 weeks of the cycle.

My diet is currently around 2,900 calories per day

  • Breakfast / Morning:
    2 eggs, 1 plain bagel, 600 ml milk, and 1 scoop of protein powder
  • Second meal:
    Protein scoop with 600 ml milk
  • Lunch:
    6 oz cooked chicken with 200 g of rice
  • Dinner:
    6 oz cooked chicken with 200 g of rice
  • Snack:
    25 g of cashews
Training will follow a Push / Pull / Legs split, 6 days per week, focusing heavily on compound movements and progressive overload.

Before beginning the cycle, I plan to get full bloodwork done tomorrow to establish baseline health markers. I’ll post the results and any updates before officially starting.

I like this approach, I love that you will be doing bloods first - please share them here when they are back, please get an LCMS e2 so you can baseline it, you will need to get those throughout using eq.

I dont know your age, height, weight - please share this and picture of your physique, your calories seem potentially a little low for gaining lean mass, but we will see.

Also, with a stack including eq and anavar - cardio will go a long way in keeping blood health markers in line and lipids. - I dont see any of that in the plan.

Also, would suggest anavar for just the last 8 weeks not the split.

Testosterone and eq are my favorite injectable compounds. Anavar and tbol are my favorite orals. Have you ever tried tbol.

Curious do you think your experience with gear calls for 750mg a wk of injectable compounds.
Best results are made with lower mg over a longer time. High mg equals side effects.
I like to take just enough testosterone to get my e2 40, test 1400, dht 80 ranges.


With frequent bloodwork you can definitely go 20 weeks on cycle. Dump blood every 60 days and take the vitamins.

@Bonese the cooked chicken and the rice are good together. It's a pretty easy-to-digest meal. The only thing I would do differently is add in some broccoli or spinach.

I’ve done one previous cycle of 400mg of test E a week zero sides thanks for the response curious as to what vitamins I should be taking and would it be more beneficial to run less?

Absolutely will share back and leg pictures soon I’m eating the same food daily as listed above nothing changes from that just taking an omega 3 vitamin just curious as to why I would start with a lower dose and move up thank you

Testosterone and EQ look fantastic. A 20-week cycle is definitely long but it's the way it's going to be. I like your idea to put the end of our first four weeks and last five weeks; that's really good. The only thing I'd probably change though is maybe go 16 or 18 weeks instead of 20 weeks but that's just my personal preference so you don't stress your kidneys too much. @Bonese

Right now my diet is very consistent and does not change day to day.

Each day I eat 170 g of blueberries, 3 eggs, and a plain bagel. I also drink 600 ml of milk with a scoop of protein twice per day. 2 apples and 1 banana throughout the day.

I eat 6 oz of chicken with 250 g of basmati rice and 3 pineapple rings, and I have this meal twice per day.

Roughly about 2900-3100 calories

I drink 4 liters of water daily.

My training split is push, pull, legs, focusing mainly on heavy compound movements. I’ll start updating my workouts daily, but my diet will remain the same and very consistent never switch my meals
 
99% of people who suggest Proviron on cycle have zero clue what it does. The gear old heads love it, but it doesnt have much application.

Its only function is to lower SHGB. Daily microinjections or any other oral like anavar will do that.

You also dont need to send your SHGB to the floor. Freeing up 40points of free testosterone is not going to be cycle game changer.

People say priviron is a good AI. Without knowing your E2 levels, you might not even need one. If you E2 levels are fine (and using EQ they will be lowered anyway), no need to send them to the floor.

You are 24 y old, it is not wise to run a 20 week cycle. You started off talking about 16 wk cycle and now your at 20 weeks. I get it, I was 24 my self many years ago

Imo tbol is like oral eq.

From experience and imo at 24 y old you should not supress your system more than 8 wks.

Keep it simple
8 weeks / 56 days

Testosterone enanthate and an oral
Pick tbol or anavar

Week 1to 16
Testosterone enanthate

Week 2 to 18
Anavar or tbol

Week 19

Sounds good thinking of going 350mg Test E 200mg of EQ that seems like a fair dose and I will get a lot out of it
maybe push the EQ to 300 mg but it's really up to you.

  • Continue 200 mg EQ
  • No Anavar during this period







4. Weeks 17–20





  • Stop EQ after week 16
  • Continue 400 mg Testosterone Enanthate per week







5. Start Anavar Again





  • Begin Anavar on your last EQ injection (week 16)
  • Run Anavar again during the final weeks of the cycle while EQ clears your system







6. Week 20





  • Last Testosterone injection
