Yesterday’s leg day was a good one. First time doing leg press in a good while. Concentrating on a low feet position and maximum knee flexion for quad bias.
And then single lying leg curls to finish really got my hamstrings firing. Liked them so much actually will give them a regular run I think.
Leg extension was maxed out on the stack, but it is a life fitness one that is generally a bit lighter.
Still happy with the progress I’ve made this year on strength, especially on legs.
One more week to go then dropping to a cruise.

Workout from my last upper day, was a rest day for me yesterday. Last week of this push then I’ll be scaling back peds and food for a little while. Current weight is around 86.5kg. That’s a total of around 10Kg of weight added since the start of the year.

Mid week update

Won’t log the workout from last night but will provide a general update. This is my last week at 500T 90Eq, before dropping down to cruise somewhere around 175-200mg Test.

Last night was a real struggle, I was lacking motivation to even get to the gym. My body was extremely fatigued and just needed a rest. However, I made it to the workout and managed to get it done. Wasn’t the best session, did manage to hit 100kg again on the plate loaded shoulder press and hit 10 reps, so was pleased with that.

I don’t usually programme deload or rest weeks. Training 5 days a week with 10-15 sets per exercise, I’ve been able to recover from typically. However I was definitely in need of a rest this week, so might see how I feel and take a few days off next week instead.

I’ll be back in tonight to train legs, feeling better today after getting solid sleep in last night. As always hgh has me sleeping like a baby, really has been a game changer for recovery.

Looking ahead, I’m excited to be dropping the load of AAS as well some extra cals and leaning out a bit, while letting my body recover from the extended cycle.
