Approved Log Testosterone Masteron Cycle Log - Growing Phase

Week beginning Aug 19-2 Sept
Masteron moved up by 50mg
Food up to 3800 cals. Protien the same.
Strength continues however I've ran into the problem of tendonitis in the elbows so I'm pulling back on chest work and Tricep work to 1 set a week each until iys healed up. Weight has moved to 104kg. Sleep has been good at 8hrs per night.
Hunger signalling is really dropping now and it's a matter just eating the meals when there actually planned. May pull down to 2500 for a week just get back the signalling if it's required. I've decided to hold photos to the end and blue ball you all lol. Impressed with Alphas products and there's no doubt to its accuracy.
Training below. Will be considering a week to.deload soon. Volume will be cut in half.


MONDAY/THURSDAY PUSH
Incline bench 13reps 85kg 13reps 72.5kg
Deficit pushup 17,11,7
Lateral raise cable 12, 12 11kg 13 13 myorep match 6.8kg
Single arm tricep pushdown 24, 24, 24 myo 11kg


TUESDAY/FRIDAY PULL
Chest support DB Row 12,9,7 45kg
Inverted pull up in Smith 27 reps total(BODYWEIGHT GETTING HEAVIER)
Pull-down 7, 6 90kg, 10 77kg
Laying Rear delt lateral 13, 6 rest pause set 8kg
Db curl 13,7 20kg, 7 17.5kg
Incline curl 12,9,7 15kg


WEDNESDAY/SATURDAY LEGS
Srated Ham curl 14,13, 10 62kg
Split squat 11,8,8 25kg DBs dropset to 8
leg extension 28, 28 myorep match 45kg
 
Week beginning 9th September
Weight up to 104.5. Appetite really down. Chest and tricep work is now pulled out completely because this tendonitis is bad.
After this week definitely taking a deload. Dose is at the 315mg mark and apart from the tendonitis and lack of appetite all is well. After a deload and 2500cals I should be good to go hard for another couple months. May change exercises up to lower the risk of elbows tendonitis again. Will pull Deficit pushup out and put a flye in there. Also considering a bell squat for the home gym so I can get some decent leg stimulus.
 
Apologies for lateness but I've kept notes on everything. This is for the 2 week period from July 29-Aug12.

Dosage still the same, see no need to increase as progress is steady. Strength increases over all movements. Food increased by 150cals cals. Sleep has been crap at 7 hrs average for last 14 days but workouts are great still. Weight moved to 103.5kg. Training below

@Jimboslice117 welcome back to the EVO family we missed you a lot :) I like the training back , friday pull was good but you just did 6 to 13 reps or how? :)

weight is good but the tendonitis is how serious, you doing something about it?

and on the pics, we still didnt see a pic of you face blurred, is that coming man?

I noticed that Masteron at 300mg for me was painful with my tedonitis. I had to lower it down to below 200mg to just be able to train. I never use it without using NPP in the stack. Something to think about.

might want to look into an inversion table have you tried those
 
definitely hot yoga is gonna be the best thing you can do
 
decompression is very important
 
there's different types of Yoga I would do some hot yoga which really decompresses the spine
 
make sure you're avoiding things that put a lot of pressure on your shoulders and back
 
glad to see your back posting like normal
