Mondays
200mg of Test e

1mg of Anastrazole
Ed primo 50mg
Ed Anavar 50mg
Thursdays
200mg of Test e

And retatrutide at .6mg per week upped to 1mg per week as needed depends how my hunger goes!
Current Ancillaries:
- Multi-vitamin
- Fish oil
- NMN: 250mg
- Cialis 20mg monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Low dose aspirin 10mg per day
-Arimidex .50 mg twice a week
My current TDEE is approximately 3200 calories. I will be consuming 2600 calories to remain in a calories deficit.
Macros are approximately:
- Protein: 40%
- Carbs: 40%
- Fats: 20%
20-30 minutes except for leg day when i back it off to 15 minutes on the treadmill
monday-legs compound lifts Sqauts etc legs.
-Tuesday: chest and triceps
- Wednesday: Shoulders
- Thursday:rest
- Friday: back and bicep
-Saturday-rest day
Sunday- arms

@donkeypunchbub welcome back broly havent seen you in a monthHey boys just thought I would post an update I've leaned out alot the pictures aren't the best but you get the idea!
I've also ramped my retatrutide dosage up to 1.5mg per week which seems to keep my hunger down!
I've also lost about 2.6% in body fat and gained about 2.9 kg in muscle.
All of myifts have pretty much stayed the same if not gone up slightly though.
I'm still dieting on about 2500cal some days a bit more or less though. I seem to snack alot during the day and when I get home I'm absolutely wrecked so I can't even be bothered heating up a microwave meal cos then I'll have to actually talk to my house mate who won't shut the fk up. Typical tren sides a bit of paranoia that my partner is king someone else then I talk to one of the boys about it and they're like are you kidding bro!
My sex drive is fkn so high atm! I would fk an old wet donut if it looked at me with a cheeky grin!

The training is at about 4-5 days a week just because of my new Job! I've found it difficult getting training in but I have today off so it's legs day today!
