Hey guys, so I am a few weeks into my journey and I thought I would post some progress as I started taking SARMs about 3 weeks ago.
SR9009
RAD 140
LGD-4033
(I have MK677, YK11 & GW-501516 also but am not taking any of it now)

I have been on 200mg per week of Cypionate for lowT for about 8 months and have tapered down to less than 50mg per week. I will not take it again for 2 weeks then take my last shot of 50mg (1/4 cc).
I am trying to focus on other methods to grow and cut but I am such a noob at all of this and there is so much to learn. The biggest challenge I find so far is my diet. SARMs makes me hungry as hell and want to consume insane amounts of calories. I think this will just take time to get a hold of but I am trying.

When I started taking Cypionate, I weighed about 260-265ish (and had been that weight for many years) and went up about 10lbs to 270-275ish over the 8 months working out for about 1 hr 3 days a week.
My workout now is at about 1.5 hrs about 3-4 days a week.
I expected to cut some weight as I have tapered down off the Test, and onto SARMs but as of this morning, I am 292lbs (neked) after taking SARMs for 3 weeks now.

How much longer should I expect to keep seeing weight gains before some weight starts to come off?

Here are some fat boy pics for amusement.

The test ain't putting the weight on you. It's gotta be your diet. Can't speak on Sarms as I haven't used anything but Cardarine. But I been on Trt for about 4-5 years now. Yes I have put on weight, kinda. When starting trt I was a sloppy 230n guessing 24-26%bf. Now I'm 230 and17%bf. Pants are way loose and shirts fit much tighter and had to actually go from a large to an extra large. It ain't the test, it's gotta be the diet and workout/ calorie intake.

SARMS are completely anabolic substances. They do not aromatize into estrogen or raise prolactin levels in the body. This makes side effects like water retention and bloat impossible.

SARMS also do not effect appetite in any way.

Where did you order your SARMS from? It sounds to me like you are using fake SARMS and probably a pro-hormone.

SARMS can only be legally sold as a research chemical liquid. Any capsulated SARMS product is most likely going to be fake or laced with a pro-hormone. I am not exaggerating when I say that every single day someone comes on the board and creates a thread asking for help because they are experiencing side effects from using capsulated SARMS. Try to return the product and get your money back. Remember to always purchase SARMS as a research chemical liquid. The SARMS source most of us on the board use is sarms1.com.

Sarms are anabolic cmpds so they are going to put on weight. I'm sure your product is fine. We all respond to anabolic substances differently so stating that Sarms do not effect appetite is inaccurate. How can you know specifically that in every case appetite is not effected? What you must remember is that Sarms or steroids do not contain calories. They in themselves will put zero weight on you. All they do is gear your metabolism toward building more muscle and cause better nutrient partitioning from your food intake. The only thing that can put weight on you is food. So to answer your question it is your diet and only your diet that is putting on this weight. If you eat more protein and less fats and sugars I guarantee you will begin to see your body reshape and the bf come off.

So keep going with your workouts and supplements but be more mindful of your diet and what you're eating. Believe me this is the key!

MK677 (nutrobal) made me extremely hungry 24/7. you stated in the other thread you were using it, so that would explain the appetite increase.

if I was you brother I would make things much simpler here if you want to cut fat. run the cutting stack of S4 + GW and do a calorie deficit. you should aim for a 500 caloric deficit per day!! and yes meat has calories. a decent sized steak dinner can easily run you into the 1200+ calorie range. so if you aren't counting calories you are likely eating way too much. 1-2 hours a day of exercise. clean up your diet. if you do that the pounds will fly off

Thank for sharing bro.. Shows we aren't all these shredded as fuck gods.. Keep pushing bro

Thanks for the encouragement. Everyone has to start somewhere. /cheers

The SARMs I am researching is in liquid form, tastes like troll piss and since this is the first SARMs I have experience with, I cant compare it to anything else. I would be happy to compare it against Sarms1 if someone wants to fund that. I have already spent a bit on the current lab.

And, I think you guys are spot on with regards to diet and caloric intake, however I think this is impossible or at least seems insane to me. Especially with MK677 involved, I had to quit taking it. The stack I am taking now still makes me very hungry (not zombie hungry like MK, but much more than normal) and now that I am working out harder, lifting more, doing 5 sets of 10 instead of 3 sets of 10 I am even more hungry, but the logic is to not eat or eat less. I think this will make me go mad and run amok inside a donut factory or something.

So, work out more, lift more, take SARMs thus needing to eat more, but eat less? AHHHHH hell this is going to be hard. Wish me luck guys. Just being real here. I wish I had the stomach control as you guys. If I had to guess, I would say that I eat about 3000 calories a day. I will try the app and try to get a count and report back.

Take care everyone,

Sarms1 brand is the only brand that was shown in independent testing to be 99% pure sarm's

whatever brand you are using bro, that isn't pure sarm's.. that would explain a lot of the problems you are having

Thanks for the info on Sarms1 Stevesmi. Ill have to check them out on my next round. And there are no problems here. Just curious to know when am I going to stop gaining weight so quickly. I am not interested in hitting 300 lbs or anything.
Researching Sarms was really to try and come down in weight as the Test had pushed it up some over the last 8 months. But now I am putting on weight really fast (eating just a little more than normal).
Gaining 20lbs in 3 weeks has my eyes wide open.
If I hit 300 lbs in another week or two, then I will start to drop the RAD and then possibly the LGD and see if my weight stabilizes or starts to reverse.

You need to fix up your diet. No gear, nor other compounds will not make you fat or gain weight just the food that you consume.

Also, keep in mind you might want to increase cardio. Or at least start doing it. This way you will boost your metabolism and burn more calories during the day. Easy way to get that belly melted. Of course it will require a lot of time and patience.

Why did you decide to come off testosterone by the way?
