Tip for stack design

If you have relatively complete recent blood panels and body comp and good general health info, feed the entire damn thing into ChatGPT. Seriously, everything. Age, weight, body fat, underlying health conditions with lab results (ie, thyroid stuff, liver stuff, etc), on TRT or not and the protocol if you are, meds you take, resting heart rate, as complete of recent blood panels as you have both on and/or off cycle and also historical info from past labs.

Tell it what you use, or want to use. Tell it your goals. Make suggestions to it if you add or remove certain compounds. Steroids, SARMs, peptides. Tell it your concerns in terms of whatever (libido, kidney, cholesterol, water retention, whatever).

You will receive the the most amazing and comprehensive overview and suggestions you ever thought imaginable, with supporting info as to how/why, pros/cons. It will not suggest amounts (it’s not allowed to) but if you tell it what you want to use and amounts it will give you fantastic and comprehensive info. Although not suggesting amounts it will also give ratios of one compound to another and why/how it affects things and the pros/cons of whatever you’re asking about. Ask it for suggestions as to what to add or subtract from the stack and why.

Simply incredible. And if you back check the suggestions and research, completely spot on.

So yes or no? And did you use it to post here? Cos if so this simple mistake is why we've discussed it previously and said to avoid.

Plus, on another of our forums, a member also put together such a program

Here's a very simple reason why AI, as it is right now, doesn't work. 99.99% of so-called AI bots are nothing more than better search engines. Meaning to provide a reply for you they 'look' at as much of the info ON THE NET (inc sites like Evo cos it's searchable) and set a score to the info and give you a reply with the best score.

And think about how quick the reply is. Now where did that info come from? Meaning what was the source? How does it score steroid advice? And does it actually, in any way, 'understand' the info it's given? If you paid me $1000 for a stack plan and I took 3 fkin seconds to reply you'd think I was ripping you off and you'd probably be right. Equally, I could point out my experience, the source I used and so on.

If it works as well as you think then, given your member name, why aren't those going to court getting legal advice from bots which 'know the law'? As opposed to hiring a lawyer

I still see 'AI' as equal to those who claim to have 'done my research' (googled then) on conspiracies.

AI does NO THINKING AT ALL. NONE. It's little better than copy and pasting and or parroting a well written article.

Plus, isn't what you day it does part of why you are here? Will it claim to know what source sells the 'best' test?

Another example of why it's pointless.

For years people sold 'the secret'. For our purposes - sports/muscle enhancement. So you'll see posts like 'the best test', 'the best stack', whats the 'best growth' and so on.

Who here has the best results and why?

Decent genetics obvs. NO training, diet or PED will change muscle insertions etc. That's a given. We'll set that aside (it's worth noting most don't know ho good they'll be)

So 'truth'. Consistent HARD FKIN WORK. For FKIN YEARS. Eating PROPER FKIN FOOD. And yes, SOME PEDs at some point to take you further.

I could use ChatGPT to 'design' me a Hatfield Squat program (one of my fave lifts) yet what I'm doing right now in weights amounts to the 1% of the 1% lift wise. Heck, I MIGHT (I've not see more) have been the only one ever to do 1014lbs on it x 1. Ergo ChatGPT would score my program highly. After all it might have been the best. But ChatGPT has never got into the rack, un-racked the SSB bar, stood there shaking like a shitting dog with 460 fkin kilos pressing on its neck and still gone for it. It, like Jon Snow, 'knows nothing' lol

It's up there with skinny c**ts claiming to do 'science based lifting' apparently, but not really, all knowledge and zero real muscle or strength. I'll throw the super slow wankers arguing about tempo under that bus too.

When ChatGPT is trying not to shit or get a nose bleed and or understands WHY we wanna use steroids cos of how we see ourselves then maybe.

It won’t proactively suggest amounts to you, but if you plug into it the amount you at using or want to use it will help design the stack and the ratio. So for instance, if you tell it’s you use 300mg testosterone (the form of it) per week, it can suggest a stacked substance and the ratio and give you the pros/cons and effects as ratios change. Like, 300mg T in 1:1 ratio with primo, etc. It is quite comprehensive with explaining how the substances used affect the body and your health. If you haven’t tried it, give it a whirl and I’ll hazard a guess you’ll be impressed.

This is nothing new, you seem to have ran to EVO to tell us something that is well known yet we stay here instead for our proper advice and guidance based on years of individual and anecdotal data that INCLUDES a persons feelings as identified in their log, personal struggles, and what they're struggling with in the mirror and even possibly things they need to change with their mental or family life to improve recovery as well as sleep. I'm personally not impressed at all with AI and the information on PED ratio's and PED data is well known and all here as well as in 'the cloud'. What isn't in the cloud is the personal aspect nor the psychological effect we give each other to get our asses in the gym and lift heavier. Heed @Mobster's wise words above.

AI's not gonna tell you that spending less time at the gym and more time with your children will lead to better overall mental health which can help with recovery and motivation during training, and yet this is something I just posted in someone's log yesterday.

Test to Mast ratio yes, Test to EQ 2:1 minimum yes, well understood.
Not impressed, sorry.

I do think itll be an important part of life in the next 15-20 years and will be able to do these things, but early days it isnt really anymore impressive than hitting the first results on a google search

I have played with chat gpt a lot with comparing cycles and workouts and blood work questions. I have even been working on it setting up specific prompts so it will use them every time I do a construction bid. It's good as a side tool right now not my only tool. I then evaluate it to see how it compares to advice from other sources like EVO. I have found it's good for general information but it's not the best to go back and forth with to get real specific dialed in for yourself on a consistent basis. I do agree it gives better results as you learn to prompt it better. The better you prompt it the better it gets. I think that will be a problem for a lot of people is that they won't prompt it correctly and will get just basic information. I catch it sometimes forgetting my prompts and some of my information I have already given it. I have even prompt it to read all of Evo and use that for data as well. Keep playing with it and watch it evolve as it gets better. Hopefully one day it will be great but I wouldn't soley rely on it yet make sure you double check it's info and sources. I do enjoy playing around with it. I like to run blood work on it before I go see my doctor see how they compare as well.

Ok good luck with using ai to inject steroids.
it's a chatbot it hasn't used steroids, its insane to use it for anything having to do with injecting yourself with aas, very foolish and dangerous @Lawyerguy1

Will AI prove useful? Absolutely. Having a 'bot' prompt a shop for ensuring what I want is in stock will be great. Ditto it booking tickets and the like. Having it assist me in some elements of my life is going to be useful (go find me a copy of pre 1930 Health & Strength under £10 plus P&P... send me an alert and buy when instructed to do so thanks). But we must ensure we THINK for ourselves.

This us how lazy and or stupid many are. They will ask a question via their phone or PC here and out in the real world too while having, via said item, at their fingertips more info than they've ever had. IDing an animal or bird. Doesn't need an app but you can take a photo of it and google will tell you what you're looking at.

AI can, as can google ads, be manipulated. Meaning if the seller pays enough you'll get THEIR info over better info.

And what about how our brains work? You can see Instagram AI accounts where you can (usually) tell what's a creation and what's real. We can tell when people use bots to write posts here. Those that over rely on them don't check their posts and that laziness with AI is NOT a good thing. Now, as Lev says, why would I then use it's info to allow it to suggest what drug I wanna inject into my body.

And even the 'you can check the info'... suggests YOU have the knowledge anyway.

When many new members post here SOME of us ask the right questions vs inputting only what we went to into a bot to get the answer we want vs the right and proper reply.

This is really not a great idea. Chatgpt will def give you information but I would never even consider using this information for anything more than it is. Information. If your looking for real world advice you should be asking here.
AI is absolutely amazing but not when it comes to this kind of stuff.

An example of when it ought to be good but isn't is what docs do now.

Most GPs/MD's now use a sort of AI assisted set of protocols. Like patient say a, go to be, says be, go to c. Thus ignoring what they spent 10 fkin years learning and, if the program has any gaps, can mean a poor diagnosis. Yet we all KNOW of good docs. Ones who remember your medical history, work with the other experts well and can see, in an instance, what a program misses.

It’s a tool only, guys :) And folks are correct with their responses. I wouldn’t suggest anyone use it exclusively to set things up, it wouldn’t be possible. Using it effectively definitely requires a good base of underlying knowledge already. What I’m suggesting though, and I think is is effective at this…. If you feed to a very strong base of specific underlying data, not only about your labs and general underlying health and any stacks you’re currently on or want to use, it can be very good at that kind of overarching analysis. Further (and this was also pointed out by responses) you need to also then know how to ask it well designed and intelligent questions. It will do far better than you think. If you doubt that, try it. In the future when I have time I’ll cut/paste an example of what I’m talking about.
