My legs stopped me sleeping last night bro carrying the pram up and stairs at the train station cause the lift was qued right up the was event on for kids with the firefighters etc lol even the 7 year old her legs got tired ended up on my shoulders for a while lmao

Bros how the water temperature over there where I'm at the beaches stay pretty chilly year round. Highest temperature we ever get maybe 69 degrees during midsummer. I'm in south cali too @Bigdan85

Nice temp for w.a as its creeping into summer down south
bros can you give me a temperature in farhenheit? here only gets up to 69 degrees. we got current coming from alaska keeps it cool all summer and chilly all winter

@Bigdan85 close grip seated row is a good option. and i love the wide grip seated row. theese are simple exercises that work great

I'm liking this workout for sure. The single arm pull down machine is one of my favorites. @Bigdan85 Going with singles like that is definitely good. It helps really challenge yourself.

That's good that you're doing close grip seated rows. Very important on a good back workout. Seems like you hit the hell out of your back. Very nice. I like the volume and strong work you're doing. @Bigdan85
 
I usally use the cable… gym I went in this morning was the worst Revo ever some bird spent my 3 exercises of multiple sets on plate load row machine I was fuming will never use that Revo again fucking tiny piece of crap
yeah i hear you on that. Always frustrating to deal with stuff like that. usually when it comes to training you can get great results on quality equipment but bad equipment holds you back @Bigdan85

This is part of the reason, I built my own gym. @stevesmi @Mobster
 
Yep, that's true for sure. Only thing I would miss from a home gym is the environment though.
I find the environment is dead here, everyone wearing headphones. So no real interactions with others.

No time this morning well I ended up at a Revo near job to view this morning I felt fucking tired boys not well and was up couple times in the night so good job it was rammed full of halflings attempting to train could night even so drive off sulking lmao but tbh as @SPOONMAN366 said I’m thinking day on day off will benefit me massively especially when working again will do shoulders and legs this weekend actually dying to train legs they feel recovered fully now..

Will log food later very low on protein atm only around 140g some how

Back in gym in uk I pulled 6 male teenagers all fucking about they weren’t even talking they were stood bloody snap chatting each other god I thought they was going to cry 🤣🤣🤣

2kg gained since logging muscle memory and food aslo could be the amount of water I’ve been drinking here too possibly but the scales are up so happy

Sent the wife out to get my protein no gainer the carbs will be rice flour or oats in my shakes going forwards

I would take at least 1-2 deload days off per week :D if you can
 
Essentially trying to get free shit so I’ve finally talked to infinity directly as was thinking but weird he’s sending me stuff and we’ve not spoke privately at all yet turns out he’s been talking to me for days 🤣🤣🤣 apparently

I mean could a another great vendor for the family but yet people on here going after the own agenda potentially could put him off (come on works both ways) and stealin my work ethic is for that reason is low
