Yeah bro are you keen to try my method? I'll make you a list of log entries I mention how I do it if you like. @LevButlerov put me on an all whey-shake diet but I sneek in 20 eggs a day and if I told you what happened you wouldn't believe me. It's awesome :)

Nah bro it tastes like candy banana. I like big girls and I already gave them a few "banana milkshakes" and they didn't mention anything. They can tell the colour of M&M's by taste, they're not detecting the five eggs.

Didn't realise you were married sorry bro, you wouldn't be interested in what happened but I'm sure eggs have plenty of other benefits 😂

It's okay bro, I've had the same two cans of Mackerel for six months now. The macros look insane but I can't bring myself to try it. Never seen it, smelt it or even know what the fish looks like, but I know it sucks. That's Plan D.

@ROIDDERS Yeh man it’s kangaroo there’s litterly no fat in lean extremely lean they land around 20g of protein too, love the taste the added punter butter banging combo.

@ceo when I fry my it’s always Done in decent olive oil bro sweat that stuff is magic lol. I’ll grab some batteries today and start prep more precisely next day or two Have promised the family will spend some quality time together before I start work again since we’ve only just arrived in Australia

bros maybe try air fryer. so you don't have to add any oils at all. even olive oil clog up arteries.

oats and shake thats perfect! you're really doing it right, and why stupid? you can easily get them down just need to overnight them :D
soak in the protein overnight it will play well.

So id say well cheap as i bought unbranded from the Asian isle
I dont know Aussie prices, in usa its fairly cheap from amazon.

Ground rice sounds really good together. You're saying you're mixing it with beef? That's a good carbon protein mix right there I like it. Add some barbecue sauce and some spices. @Bigdan85
 
I suggest getting a product more clean. There's just too many different ingredients in that. @Bigdan85 It's full of preservatives and I don't like the first ingredient being maltodextrin.

Ok lads I will try to be better the sausage roll was out with the kids I was starving lol
The kebab was from the kebab shop chicken and lamb shish not the best I know things will only get better. When start work I’ll only be eating chicken wraps and eggs and rice flour maybe protein yogurt I won’t stop until 3/4pm start at 7am

G when I get stuck and I gotta hit a kekab shop,I chat the owner and see if they can do a meat box without the chips or salad I ask MEAT ONLY,even offer em an extra 5 if its an issue,most kebab shops in city are all good bout it load it up with garlic sauce still of course but that way Im sticking to carnivore and its filling AF,only thing that wrecks me is the oil but this day and age can't escape that

I ordered some bits before finding u guys but it appears they now on route from Dubai I thought I got scammed now shitting my pants about it getting seized and effecting my visa here in Australia

If it makes it to your door it made it through customs brother.. i doubt they would let it get all the way too you and then sting you on a few vials. If they picked it up they will just destroy it and you will get a letter in the mail most likely as @Pigsy said.
