TRT and PCT

Rogue925

Proficient Brother
I'm sure someone has asked this before but I've done a search and can't find the answer. I'm currently running sus 250 at 500mg/wk along with 300mg npp/wk. Just completed week 5 of 12. I've been on 250 mg TRT for years (sins and ignorance of the past) and I'm wondering what a proper PCT would look like considering I'm on test anyway at 250 mg per week. I know SARMS are the ticket as well as nolvadex or clomid but what else, if anything, should be added to the mix? My current plan is to be off 8 weeks then start another cycle. And yes I'm doing N2Gaurd to help with the process.

Do I understand correct that you are normally on 250mg Sustanon a week and on your cycle 500mg a week? And you are wondering what kind of PCT you need to do to return back to 250mg a week? If you're on TRT you do not need a PCT. At 250mg/week your FSH and LH are undetectable or near zero anyway.

Or are you in addition having plans to come off TRT?

Just got back to TRT dose....WOW your doc seems cool.....250....Never ever heard of that for TRT and I been around this stuff for 20 years

If you are on TRT, you won't need a full PCT, but I think its a good idea to do things like prevent estrogen rebound, and run proper supporting supplements to help return all your health values to baseline as quickly as possible

You don't need to PCT in the sense of HPTA recovery, since you are on TRT, so forget things like Clomid and Nolva. I would still use aromasin to control estrogen and have N2guard post cycle

if you are trt why would you need serms? aromasin should be used somewhat if you are going to use trt dose as high as 250mg per week

Agree with this 100%

Are you coming off TRT?

Thanks for the responses. Not planning to come off TRT, ever. My body has pretty much shit the bed when it comes to my own production of test. Sins of the past. In years gone by I knew little of PCT so here I am. I'll always be using some form of test. My doc actually recommends 125 mg per week or 250 mg every other week. At that dosage I'm still below normal levels. 250 works better and still keeps me within normal ranges. My test levels seriously drop to almost nothing when I'm completely off TRT.

My main concern was estrogen rebound and holding my gains. What dosage of aromasin would you guys recommend, and for how long? I had only planned to be off 8 weeks but I may have to extend that. Like I said, I'm using N2G so I'm hoping I've already done some damage control.

I also go on TRT with 240mg/week. I only use Aromasin when on full cycle, not TRT but do keep it handy just in case. So far nothing to cause me to use Aromasin when on TRT.

On Testim 10 mg a day getting testopel this week
Ordered aromasin E2 wa at 81 . Getting bloodwork done again before testopel toget baseline on test and E2

okay bro, as you already know, you don't need trt however you need to know what to do in between cycles... read this article i wrote on this and then follow my layout...

Pct is for recovering natural test levels. You're on trt man so you don't need a pct.

just go back to your TRT dose and keep an eye on E2 levels.

you can always use sarms at this point now too.
