Trt question

Sigh

New member
In the sport I’m in. Athletes will soon be tested for PED’S. So I plan on cutting out test for a while and seeing a TRT doctor to get tested and a prescription for testosterone. My question for anybody who has done this is. How long should I be off test E before my levels drop considerably and will show low so I get a doctor prescribed testosterone so if I do get tested, I will still pass as a doctor has prescribed it to me. I was told this is what football players and other athletes do.

Thank you in advance.

I use doctor prescribed TRT. When I started, I was made to sign a paper that acknowledged this is a performance enhancing drug. In competitions, I would fail drug tests. So be careful, bro.

I’ve been on TRT since 2008 through an Endocrinologist. With that said, I’ve used and still use more (Test/Nandrolone/Dianabol cycling) than what I’m prescribed for. When it’s time for my yearly check-up, I’ll get completely off Test for 4-5 Weeks, then go in and get blood work done and an evaluation by the Endo. I usually come in around 250-350ng/dl after those 4-5 “Test Free” weeks. At that level, my Endo is happy with my number and of course I tell him everything is great - new Script is given and see you in a year! Of course everyone’s body is different, but this is the routine I’ve used for years now. Some may find that they have to go off Test longer to get down to the blood levels your Doc wants you at, depending on how high your Test mg’s/week are. I never go above 500mg/week on Test, so 4-5 Weeks works for me...Hope this helps!

Test e has a very long half life - 10.5 days

It takes 4 x a drug's half life for it to fully clear out of your body. 4 x 10.5 = 42 days or 6 weeks.

Wait at least 6 weeks after stopping the test e to get blood work done

before you go to the doctor for D-DAY you should run your own blood work to make sure there are no surprises

doctors will not give you TRT if you have problems too like heart issues.. check out my signature and get full blood work

Muskate gives you the timeline you want to follow but I also agree with Steve. Why not be safe and get blood work before hand to make sure you are all good. You don't want any red flags when going to the doctor.
