Umbrella has had many issues ongoing with their processing, as all research sites do because of the difficulty of keepin/having one in the research chemical industry. As many know, Max Redemption is the main solution, which is a gift card type purchase that helps pass through however it does require information as a one time occurrence to verify identity to set up the account, which i know makes some uncomfortable. I spoke with them multiple times and they are actively doing everything they can to get regular processing but it is something that is extremely difficult to obtain and then keep going..

They have one in place now that accepts visa and mastercard. Max redemption is still an option on the site as well. They are working on getting multiple back ups but it is a long and grueling process... The option is present now on the site for everyone...


As far as customer service goes... They are very very large and are bombarded daily with emails... If you want to get priority on your questions/concerns, MAKE SURE that in the SUBJECT line of your email, that you include "Dylan Gemelli sent me" and they will be able to put you ahead of the line

Make sure to send to [email protected] to also ensure priority on your email. I have done my best to make sure everyone gets the proper help they need. They are very busy and yet help me out the best they can

Do you recommend Umbrella over RCS which is in your signature? Or are both good to go for Peptides in particular?

I used rCS recently pretty fast shipping good results and they support the EVO family too @Nismo99

whats your plan with RCS you doing just peptides or sarms too? share with us please
