using nolvadex on cycle?

I'm using test E on this cycle and its about to kick in soon so I am going to start using 10mg of nolvadex every day to block the estrogen receptors. I learned my lesson last time to block that estrogen or else face consequences. is this a good plan? my trainer suggested this protocol since i am estrogen prone

Nolvadex will just block the estrogen receptors on breast tissue, you also need to use an AI to prevent the aromatization of testosterone to estrogen.

nolvadex is NOT an AI... you need either aromasin or arimidex

nolvadex was used back in the day cause that is all they had to use. during the 90's and 2000's AI's came along and that is what we use now

It would be better than running nothing for estrogen but ideally you want to use an AI like aromasin or arimidex.
