using nutrozol pre workout

Very simple question for you I gave up taking stimulants because of what they were doing to me making my heart jump out of my chest and ruining my sleep I switched to a product called nutrozol which is sold at band nutrition. My question is besides pre workout can I take this stuff before bed 2?

I wouldnt use nutrozol preworkout it will make you sleepy, its for pre-bed only. For preworkout use ostazol.

i think you will be fine using nutrozol anytime, yes it is good for sleeping but it doesn't make you sleep, it helps you sleep harder. that is not the same thing

Nutrozol is for sleeping, it's for pre-bed, Ostazol is your preworkout or Cardazol.

I would not recommend taking it before training. You don't actually need a pre workout so just because you gave up supplements doesn't mean you need to replace it with something else. Just use food and water if you need something.
