using test after ligament surgery

I had a ligament surgery on my left knee, I lost muscle due to my physical inactivity and my lack of appetite, it's been 4 months I feel I'm totally recovered, do you think it would be prudent to start cycle of test to gain my weight back? as you all know AAS make muscle stronger and put a lot of strength on tendons and ligaments.

You will regain the lost muscle quick. Muscle memory is a real thing.

@Swatboy is dead on. Running a steroid cycle right now would not be smart. It'll cause your muscles to grow rapidly and your joints/ligaments won't be able to keep up. You will probably re-injure yourself.

I would supplement with ostarine and a good joint supplement instead. Ostarine was developed to prevent muscle loss in people with muscle wasting diseases like HIV and cancer. It'll help you regain the lost muscle from your injury quick. A good joint supplement like n2joint RX from n2bm.com will help your joints/ligaments repair quick and get you back to fighting shape in no time!

I ruptured 3 ligaments and tore the fourth back in Sept 2015. The advice about rushing back is spot on. My grafts took 18 months to reach full strength. I've been training my legs like a lunatic ever since, safe in the fact that the ligs are healed. Which ligament did you injure btw and was it a rupture or tear? With careful physical therapy you should be back to full strength in 6 months post operation depending on what you have done. Then you can pretty much do what you like.

Depending on your "outlook" as to what you want to use. GH would be ideal. Then perhaps some sterile curcumin along with HYA. The advice given about AAS and tendon strength is right on. There is a reason that professional athletes in their 30's and 40's utilize GH at levels that would shame a pro BB. The key is not to rush it. Depending on your age, TRUE ligament/tendon repair can take up to 6 months. Many will remain injured simply because they don't allow the time necessary for COMPLETE recovery from such an injury. They feel better, rush into things, and injure themselves again within weeks.

Better get conditioned again before cycling steroids - it does not make much sense to use steroids if you are not in prime condition. That would be such a waste, especially considering the fact that you should have an easy time recovering your old shape.

I wouldn't run gear right away. It could only make it worse for your ligaments and tendons. You will get stronger and likely lift heavier. This could potentially cause further injury to your ligaments and tendons. I would stay natty for a bit until you get back to your normal health.
