which one of this supps make your glucose levels the less, I naturally suffer from high glucose levels, but i need some supps since I'm lifting and trying to get some mass?

You would definitely want to stay away from waxy maize then. Waxy maize is a high molecular weight carbohydrate that will rapidly spike blood glucose levels.

A good quality whey isolate on the other hand will only contain trace amounts of carbohydrates and not effect blood sugar levels.

For a whey protein - you want to see nothing but that in the ingredients list. Whey protein, natural flavours, a natural calorie free sweetener like stevia and then maybe some salt, soy lechitin and cocoa powder. There are a lot of good products on the market. I personally use isolation from n2bm.com. A good whey isolate should be pretty much fat and carb free. Isolation has 26g protein, 1g carb, 0g fat per 30g scoop.

Waxy Maize will increase your blood glucose levels by a couple of orders of magnitude versus protein. Definitely stick to the protein.

If you're having problems with either High Glucose or Type II Diabetes.
Then you want to get a 100% Whey Isolate, that's Not Sweetened or Flavored.
This way You can control what goes into it................................. JP
P.S.
I don't have High Glucose, but I've been buying the Unsweetened/Unflavored.
Cause I don't like to be stuck with the same Flavor every day.

Whey protein is definitely better for someone with blood sugar issues, especially the one made with whey isolate only, since it has no lactose in it, and consequently no carbs. The Isolation would be the optimal choice.

You cannot really compare waxy maze with whey, as these are completely two different things. One is a carb source, the other is protein source.

Given you have high blood sugar level, go with whey and avoid waxy maize by any costs

If your numbers are in the red area (over 100) then this is easily reversible. Most likely if they are over 120 then you are on some kind of medication.

Carbs are your friend....But the right kind and at the Right time.

I would be focusing on fixing your diet and eating small meals often in order to maintain blood glucose levels.

Waxy maize is a great supplement....but i not for all the time. I use waxy maize post workout from time to time.
