What helps you sleep?

I was looking for something that will help me to fall asleep. I am not sure what people are using but I am super wired everytime I try and go to sleep. Any help would be much appreciated!
 
it isn't about TAKING something to fix sleep problems.

it is about what you are doing and your lifestyle. there are a lot of things you are doing wrong.. first off look what time you posted this. midnight.. what are you doing on the computer that late? that in itself is why you can't sleep. turn off all electronics at sunset OR you need to get blue blockers.

read the sleep article i published, it has a lot of tricks to help sleep

A hard work out. Sometimes two a day. A long run. Melatonin. GH or GH peptides will help give you great sleep.

You are wired prob cause of your pre workout and other shit you must be taking. Diet has a huge effect on your sleep.

Before a bed, you should not use any electronic gadgets you can wash by cold water your neck or add some sleep add supps

Regime. A nightly routine works wonders. I’m a control freak and work best under a schedule so for me this is vital. First I prep my food for tomorrow, then I have a cup of tea, next I read to my kids etcetc etc. I do the same things every night and finally I go to sleep. Try it out.

I like regimen. Getting on a set schedule works wonders. Good call aggirl!
