Approved Log Workout, Diet Cycle Log

These experimental obesity drugs, have a lot of different side effects.

I'm not a fan of them at all.

i think the gh dose is good.

No Need to go to heavy on it.
 
I would start doing a better job Logging your meals.
That will give us more insight on what needs to change and what's working for you.
 
You're taking enough stuff where it's hard to really know if the fasting was working or not.

its best with fasting you just let it control things without all the extra stuff you are using.
 
Sure :

1.) As most are aware I was found to have a small leg aneurysm and told to stop working out, fast forward 2 weeks after this I had another appointment and was told I can go back to working out training half what normally would, Dr actually pointed out light circuit training, more reps.
She understands peptides and sarms fully and says just be careful 🧐 🫂

2.) Currently am using the Test e from @pur-pharma-canada (on)
*Test enanthate trt dose (.50mg 2 x weekly)

**Hgh - 1mg daily at bed (growth guys)

**(Retatrutide- 1.5mg 2 x per week (growth guys)

***(Healing blend (from Growth guys) finished .

3.) Dec 27th i go for blood work which will be almost 2 months after me starting the test.
My initial blood work found my test levels at 202 (which i posted on this fourm) so we should be able to see a difference on my new bloodwork next week.

4.)I have dropped the fasting OMAD style as it didn't seem to be working well for me.
5.) I've started just eating at a calorie deficit smaller meals 4 x per day, this is working and I'm sure the reta has helped.

6.) speaking more about the reta it did give me hypersensitivity on the sides of my legs for about 2 days after initial dose this went away.
* I also got an overwhelming sense of smell back which is nice.
No headaches, or feeling sick/light headed.

I feel fine, I just want this leg aneurysm delta with ultimately would like it out..
But they said im ok to train just not heavyweight..

**leg aneurysm (popliteal aneurysm) - is a bulge and weakness in the wall of the popliteal artery, which sends blood to your knee joint, thigh, and calf**

If operation:

They put in a stint by pass then im 1 to 3 days in hospital after and 6 to 8 week until full recovery, could be longer as we all heal differently of course and im not 30 anymore.
I wouldn't want to rush it back to heavyweights for about 4 to 6 months is my idea atleast for legs.

Theres also allot more that I'll have to learn to keep my blood cells flowing well.
Maybe some folk here know 🤔 different ideas about widening blood cells, enhancing blood flow etc.

@LouOden i would stay on all low weights and cardio until you get this cleaned up :D
 
I am 49yrs, 6'4 253. I'm going to get back to the basics to increase fat loss and get in better health better, improve my muscle mass,
**Side note went through a hydrocylectomy 4 months ago which really bothered me as it ballooned up like a baseball. Anyways, it took me out of the gym for a month, half and a bit. I'm not a professional nor do I do competition but I love muscle, the gym and thrill of figure it all out. Also getting older wishing to keep my dashing good looks. I do have a vision to perhaps one day try a amature contest but habe along ways to get to that point for now.

Had bad luck with Pareto now oxygen and hoping @pur-pharma-canada will be there for me.

@pur-pharma-canada for the following:

200mg x 4 Test e
300mg x1 Nadrolone
120iu hgh

Clomid x 1 50mg tabs
Arimidex 1 50mg tabs

Week 1-6, 200 test e ,100 deca injection frequency e3.5 days frequency days T &T inter mass (deca mainly for joint care plus mother benefits)

-Treadmill with intervals HITT 20mins
- walking everymorning with the dog roughly 2k

Coffee- 1 cup folders w 2 tbsp mct oil, half/half cream

Meal 1 - 4 egg omelet w onion, garlic coconut oil, marble cheese, 4 strips bacon, 2 x avacados
Mega man prostate & vitality, magnesium, quercetine & bromelaine

Meal 2 - cottage cheese, spinach salad with ceaser dressing, 1 can Brunswick sardines, mct oil, potassium, lyposene

(Rotate Meal 2 eod Salmon 8oz w boiled carrots, coconut oil)

Meal 3 - hard boiled eggs x4, pea protien powder, 2 tbsp organic peanut butter, crackers. Walnuts

(Rotate eod with lean ground beef 6pz, green cabbage boiled)

Meal 4 - fiber shake with protien, mixed spring salad with olive oil, lemon juice and parmasean cheese. Mega men multi vitamin, potassium,

Snack 1 - Brunswick sardines with lemon juice, avaxado
(Rotate eod normally cottage cheese before bed)

My weekly meals will change as I progress, also ways in then groceries stores.
I keep track of all with a cuff for bp, eufy life scale, smart watch, cronometer.
Plan is for blood work every 3 months

Yes like I've said. I have blood testing schedules for Dec 27th.
It generally takes 24 to 30hrs to get the results.
Once I get them I'll post for sure
 
I'm eatting 4 times per day. 2000 calories
would be good to see all for meals in 1 post so we can macro compare I think most readers get lost after about 2-3 posts :D
