Yes about 5 weeks. I fluctuates but it's constantly around this color/number
I never eat more them 23g of carbs anyways but I understand to much protein or fat to high can limit the success..
Perhaps the keto diet is not for me long term and maybe i should go back into judt a calorie deficit.... with fasting for longer periods.

How's the activity levels?

I choose between the stairs climber and the Treadmill.
30min every morning

Walking my dog 2miles per day, through woods trails, around city. Often dog wants keep walking more then just 1 or 2 x per day 😀 dogs gotta love them!
My work allows me to break up my days so it suits judt about anything I can design training wise.

Perhaps I need to change my cardio to the following.

2 x per day 40min each 5:30am then again at 6:00pm (i sleep by 10pm each night) also could change it up to more of a HITT idea to get past my weight loss slowdown, or am I over thinking this?

Interesting take, so would you think instead of fasting 16hrs then 8 eatting go to say maybe 19 and 5?

There seems to be some great information about fast for longer periods.
 
Well my keto diet has seemed to slow to halt.

Currently I'm following it as should to the T..
Total calories: 1834
106g- pro
148g- fats
20g- carbs

Lost 10lbs but since getting on my new TRT .5- e3.5d, HGH 1iu Ed.

I've held steady and cant seem to kick it into losing any further. I also fast everyday 16hrs, feed for 8. (7pm to 11am)

Ive done allot research on peptides, sarms and thought possible Cardarine, IGF but felt I should hold off until I learn about more whats holding me back as it could be just a small thing like to much protien or something like this.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Try making a couple minor adjustments. I would lower protein a bit to around 90-95g, and just get as close to 0 as you can with carbs but definitely keep them below 20. See what that does after a couple weeks. If you need to, add some fat back in from the protein you take out.

you should try longer periods but hard to say since we dont see your bodyfat base
 
a bit high on the fat IMO, you should cut the peanut butter to 1tbps @LouOden

Cardio I do 30 to 40 mins on either the Tred mill or stairs.
I also walk my dog 🐕 through the forest allot and around the town 4 to 7x per day depends on his moods haha 😄

Maybe i should start doing the cardio again in the evening as well another 30mins?

Perfect, lets do a rolling 24 hour fast, try it again for 24 hours now @LouOden
Yes i decided to keep going and run a 24hr past until Friday.
Things are not so hard, only a few odd feeling of not eatting.
I keep taking my supplements and drink extra water.

rolling OMAD is perfect make sure you have electrolytes daily @LouOden
 
Morepower to you doing keto i could never survive on keto
Well at first it was not so easy but once you establish a base it's rather easy.
A few months more and I'll be switching it up.

Not showing any signs of loss at gym weighscale or house one but that doesn't mean anything as body could be just hanging onto water etc.
If I know my body correctly most things I notice after 5 or 6 days...

OMAD - 24hrs fasting and i eat in a 1 hour time frame.
Iam now on beginning of day 4.

I've been on keto for about 1.5 months.
At that time I was fasting 16hrs per day

Alright. I sayred using home made electrolytes,
sodium, lemon juice, potassium.
Water.

Idk I can't justify 60 bucks for powdered suger electrolytes
 
Well my day started well had my electrolyte drink, went out for work out and some cardio then everything crashed..
My bp spiked to 189/89, got super faint, confused etc.
Had to sit down in Treadmill in spot even Treadmill didn't stop until someone stopped it for me. (Thanks stranger from Gym)

I'll have to re just as I'm on day 7 of 24hr fasting OMAD...

I think perhaps maybe better to go back to 5 small meals per day with a calorie deficit?

I got all my bloodwork done and have the result yesturday and all are good but my creatine level is 64 (consoder low and flagged)

what ratio of electrolytes did you take? please confirm

Today at the gym I crashed out. I'm still fasting 24hrs aka OMAD as hard as it is I keep at it.

I couldn't make it through my full push day, normally I do 6 excerise on this day and did 3..
My strength is way down which I expect do to the fasting however I shouldn't feel so weak, gutted or to point being dizzy.

I use home made electrolytes 2 x per day

16oz water bottle,

Sodium 2 dashes
Potassium 50mg x 2
Magnesium 150mg
Lemon Concentrate 2 tbps

So if anyone has an idea or suggestions would be great

Sure :

1.) As most are aware I was found to have a small leg aneurysm and told to stop working out, fast forward 2 weeks after this I had another appointment and was told I can go back to working out training half what normally would, Dr actually pointed out light circuit training, more reps.
She understands peptides and sarms fully and says just be careful 🧐 🫂

2.) Currently am using the Test e from @pur-pharma-canada (on)
*Test enanthate trt dose (.50mg 2 x weekly)

**Hgh - 1mg daily at bed (growth guys)

**(Retatrutide- 1.5mg 2 x per week (growth guys)

***(Healing blend (from Growth guys) finished .

3.) Dec 27th i go for blood work which will be almost 2 months after me starting the test.
My initial blood work found my test levels at 202 (which i posted on this fourm) so we should be able to see a difference on my new bloodwork next week.

4.)I have dropped the fasting OMAD style as it didn't seem to be working well for me.
5.) I've started just eating at a calorie deficit smaller meals 4 x per day, this is working and I'm sure the reta has helped.

6.) speaking more about the reta it did give me hypersensitivity on the sides of my legs for about 2 days after initial dose this went away.
* I also got an overwhelming sense of smell back which is nice.
No headaches, or feeling sick/light headed.

2) hgh you mean 1 iU right?

6) retatrutide or any semaglutide is going to make you sensitive and since you have an aneurysm why would you use it? best you get off that stuff and easy normal, you dont want GLP-1s when you trying to get your body in homeostasis imo

The fasting OMAD crashed me 1 x my fault the other 2 x I was following the electrolytes properly but absolutely no strength for anything, muscle all cramped up and weight stopped falling.
I stop and went back to balance calorie intake for a few days until my body seemed ok then went to just a smaller deficit in calories.
This has changed allot of things, also back to losing some pounds.

Retatrutide- actually makes me feel very good, smells, alertness etc and weight falling. Ive only got enough for 4 more weeks and I would be done anyways.

Food shares - ill get back to them, it's just confusing on here to load up your profile then find where you last posted then start another post.

with your health condition I think you need actual fasting if you ask me bro
it would help a lot, fasting can help recover

At the end of the day, you got to make the decision on the best way to eat.

It's going to boil down to what you want to do.
 
the anti diabetes med/anti obesity med you are taking could have an effect on your fasting. That's probably why you don't feel too good.
