Hey ya'll,

I'm wondering whether inversion tables are used by anyone of you? If so, can you share what is the most effective use for it... and which one is the best. I realize that it's mainly used for relaxation. Can you confirm this? I've read about the Teeter hang ups ep-560 inversion table as being a top choice, in this article: https://www.pacgym.com/inversion-table/
Many thanks ! :)

I know a friend's dad who had a really bad back and didn't want surgery and his doctor gave him one of these with a prescription or somehow he got and it I work for him. I used it one time when I was over there and it definitely stretches out your back from what I was told it's really the only natural way to stretch your back.

I also see Dorian Yates using it now and if dorian's using it I would have to say it probably works. I don't know about the relaxation part but definitely feels good and works to stretch your back.

In fact I'm going to look into this for my wife as she has a bad back to

I didn't know they were that cheap I thought they were like $1,000 I clicked on your link and looked on Amazon you can get a nice one for $200 or less. Thank you for posting this brother.

you don't need to spend $1000 on one at all

i bought mine years ago off amazon for like $150 and it sits in my patio in the heat and humidity and still works just fine. the material around it has fallen off some, but it works great.

i highly recommend guys be doing maintenance, when you weight train the amount of pressure you put on your discs and joints is unbeievable and an inversion table will help bigtime. also a stand up desk if very important and also going to a good yoga class (not old people yoga) will help with maintenance. also there are things like cupping and scraping that work wonders.

all you have to do is look at what football players do. after a game they do yoga, cupping, inversion table etc. they DO NOT do massage therapy or chiropractor (which is a scam). massaging an injury does not repair it lol, that is common sense. you cannot massage a disc or joint into healing! and chiropractors are scam artists, you cannot crack someones back and heal them either. there isn't a lick of logic behind it!

i also am looking into cryotherapy which can be a bit risky, but the benefits look promising. i'm not ready to give the green light on it quite yet but still researching it

I have one, its a teeter hangup.

Im almost 6'9" and it was the only one I found that was long enough.

It works, its not going to solve back issues for most people but it does help alleviate some of the pressure and compression within your back.

Seems I read the strap on back and shoulder braces can reshape pull your shoulders back into the correct alignment and can be as of or more beneficial as a table if used as directed for a couple hours a day. Is this true?
