So not much to report in terms of effects, good or bad. I do have uncharacteristic heartburn which may be related, but otherwise feel more like Mr. Rogers than The Incredible Hulk, which I believe is not abnormal. I know sides get worse in time, I just thought I'd have more annoying sides by now. I'm not wanting to wake up in a pool of sweat doing strange things to my wife or anything. Just curious for opinions. Is this delay in sides pretty normal?

if you dont see anything in 2-3 weeks, then i would start to question it but not just 8 days in

I've started counting calories (more exactly). Averaging about 500 or more over maintenance. Macros today we're 44, 26, 30 (fat, protein, carbs). I'm guessing that's not ideal, but how relevant are the macros (to a point) really?

Question of side effects: If I find the sides unbearable, can I eliminate them quickly by stopping the tren ace or do I have to suffer a while? I know it's a short ester but don't know if the sides linger, anyway.

I don't count macros on tren, but I do get insane heartburn. If you bail on tren ace, sides fade in about a week.

you get heartburn on tren because it is so inflammatory in the body

you want to be very careful about what you eat, try and stick to low FODMAP foods and low inflammatory foods. you also will want to take this as a red flag that you need to work on repairing your gut health in the future. there are different things you can do including sticking to a raw vegan diet for a little while and fasting to repair the gut

you should never get heartburn at all if you have a healthy gut. i haven't gotten it in 3+ years myself since i fixed my gut

Wha is FODMAP foods?

Wha is FODMAP foods?

FODMAP is an acronym, derived from "Fermentable Oligo-, Di-, Mono-saccharides And Polyols". They are short chain carbohydrates that are poorly absorbed in the small intestine

simply google FODMAP foods or diet and it will give you a list. you can really benefit from avoiding foods that are high FODMAP and you will feel better across the board.

I NEVER get heartburn, im drinking a gallon of water a day and eat a lot of green veggies and melon with my meals. No alcohol either. Blessed with a good gut. Sometimes when i take a dump there is no residue on the paper...thats a good sign

What dose? How much test?

I feel tren ace upon first injection.

Sides dnt really hit me untill at least 4 weeks or so, like sleep. That's at like 500mg approx.

If u take tren ace for say, 8 weeks and stop. Sides will go away fast. However, if it left u with quite high prolactin levels, that can take weeks to go down.

Thanks for the feedback, guys. Maybe some are just slower responders to orals for various biological reasons.

Yes, "Planet" dumbbells peak at a measly 75 lbs and the ez curls are a paltry 60 lbs. I'm doing slow negatives (and sometimes concentrics also) on the dumbbells, but I'm switching gyms. Fortunately, the machines are sufficient for my purpose working back.

My dose? 300mg tren weekly (eod) and 750mg test. I think the test is higher than it needs to be after further consideration. No more than ~250mg test is I think what I'll change to. I get a little too "ambitious" sometimes. I just think the amount of gear is superfluous (including 40mg dbol).

Note: please disregard my statement, "Maybe some are just slower responders to orals for various biological reasons." I was confusing my dbol thread with this one.

everyone is going to be differentu.. you will drive yourself crazy if you compare yourself to others in anything in life.

WORD. I'm finding that to be the case..Had some insomnia last night. Probably be getting my share of that.

Tren Ace you will start feeling things within a week...and quite noticeably in 2-3 weeks. It is very fast acting. Personally, I start noticing changes in 7-10 days.

lower the dose.. you don't have to suffer on tren which requires a tiny amount to work great

also try and spread out your carbs (which i hate doing in a normal situation, but with tren it will help)
