Strength after cycle

So I completed my cycle of rad,mk677 and LGD. I had good strength and size increase. I obviously lost the water weight afterwards but only a little strength but my question is how do you strength train coming off cycle? I’m on very strict percentage based program and I noticed 2/3 weeks after cycle my 70% weight is not the same.

My percentages are based off 1RM, so when coming off cycle does anyone just automatically reduce their 1RM by 5% or 10lbs or something? I’m sorry if this is kind of confusing!

You reset the numbers. So do a 1RM test. Then do the percentages based on that. I do go lower off cycle just so as to not get stressed about any loss of strength.
 
If you didnt lose strength then you would eventually be able to lift an infinite amount of weight.

Its normal to lose some strength. Shit during PCT/after I will lose up to 15% of my strength. Its inevitable but as Steve and others have said its good because if you keep trying to move the same weights on cycle as off then you would likely destroy your joints, ligaments, tendons, etc.
