Quick update just been super busy at work but cardio up for today.
Was 90 mins of sprints on my airdyne bike. Feeling like a million bucks though and definitely adding size even while keeping weigh stable and crushing my cardio workouts.
Hope everything gets back to normal soon so can hit up the gym again!

I’ve been on the fence with sarms. There’s a lot to learn about in the world of PEDs. I haven’t worked my way into the knowledge of sarms as I have just focused on AAS at this time. One thing at a time. But by the look of your progress it’s clear they work[emoji1417]

Alright back day up for today!
Sarms are again on point really loving the strength gains now from the LGD and RAD140. Cardarine and Sr9009 are killing it from an endurance/cardio perspective and overall the mk2866 has been great with healing. The ancient strength creatine has been a great addition too.
Continuing on with my current training pattern which is heavy to start then higher rep to finish.
Tossed on 35 pounds on my weighted vest and did:
100 pull-ups
100 chin-ups
These were done as fast as possible and getting as many reps in with minimal break. I didnt focus on sets x reps just get them done.
Switch over to my 200 pound resistance bands and did the standard exercises so 8 sets of the following:
15 lat pulldowns
15 wide grip rows
15 underhand rows
12 wide grip bar pulls
12 underhand close grip bar pulls
10 reps 50 pound adjustable dumbells
Felt great the entire time and steadily seeing results each day. back is def picking up even more size going for an much of a v-shape as I can get. Biceps def picking up size too and all muscles feeling very full!

Alright an update is very needed! I have been training but have had random back flare-ups and was on vacation so havent been able to post much!
Chest day was today. Mixed it up and did rounds of:
30 pushups
250 pounds on resistance bands:
12 chest flys
150 pound resistance bands:
12 overhead triceps extensions
12 triceps pushdowns
15 upright rows
Did 15 circuits till I was torched. Strength has been awesome too as well as recovery.
Vascularity and muscle fullness also keeps getting better and better.
2 more weeks until full PCT! Will continue on with the cardarine and start mk677 along with low dose clomid, nolva, and N2Generate ES.
Also will be running more of the YohimFlame EX as loving the fat burning results and may also stack more of the Ancient Strength creatine.
Best part is from start to finish ive picked up strength and size but weight is down about 4 pounds or so so exactly what I was looking for.

Alright had back day up today!
Lower back is still kind of a mess so I stopped doing the bent over dumbell rows and bar pulls since its loading up on my back and causing some pain.
I focused on pullups and chinups with my weighted vest (40 pounds) and 250 pounds on my resistance bands.
Workout was:
125 reps pullups
125 reps chin ups
I did 12 circuits of the following:
250 pound bands:
12 x lat pulldowns
12 x wide grip neutral rows
12 x underhand rows
12 x close grip neutral rows
Finished those and then capped it off with 6 sets of 10 reps with 55 pound dumbbells for a little extra pump!
Minus the back issues overall feeling really really good. Sad to see the cycle come to an end end of this month but will do full PCT with low dose Clomid, low dose Nolva, N2Generate ES, N2Guard, GW, and MK677.
Also will be running the YohimFlame EX as well to continue to trim back some stubborn fat.

So PCT is done. Stopped cardarine and sr9009 now for almost a month will hope back on shortly.
Still taking the mk677 sleep on point and feeling great. Best part is I havent lost any size! Strength took a little hit coupled with a slight strain of my rotator cuff but still pushing through!
Back is still wide as hell LOL!
