Chest day was up today. Did a little mix of everything starting off with some heavier motions then adding in bodyweight/resistance band stuff at the end.

Workout was:

Flat Bench with 100 pound dumbbells:
8 sets x 8 reps - Took a 60-90 second break between each set

Then move to incline bench with 85 pound dumbbells:
4 sets x 8 reps - 60-90 second break between each set

Then moved to the 200 pound resistance bands and push-up bars and did 6 circuits of:
20 pushups
15 flys
12 triceps extensions
12 triceps pushdowns
10 upright standing rows

Volume is through the roof but trying to reign it in as i feel like I can lift all day and never get tired but obviously joints wont like that so trying to get some heavier movements done first then just burn myself out at the end so not spending 90 mins to 2 hours lifting.

Sarms are on point! Picking up size, muscles are full, and vascularity is increasing which is a huge plus. Weight is around the same I clocked in at 253. Still tweaking diet too as id like to get under 250 so just need to play with meal timing and macros but again so far so good!

Killer back day today!

I had limited time so just went non-stop circuits with almost no break setting rep goals by each exercise. Was hurting at the end but hurt so good!

Exercises were:

100 pullups with 25 pound weighted vest
100 chin ups just bodyweight
100 lat pulldowns with 200 pound resistance bands
100 rows with 200 pound resistance bands
100 bar pulls using my dip station
50 reps biceps curls with 45 pound dumbbells
100 reps biceps curls with 150 pounds on resistance bands

The LGD, RAD140 and MK2866 are in full effect. Actually dropped 1 pound and back is getting wide as fuck (thats an XXL nike fitted shirt btw LOL).

Loving the sarms the quality from sarms.forsale is 100% on point couldnt be happier!

damn man, you are a beast. you have put on a ton of muscle and lose a lot of fat since when you first came on here. time restricted eating works!

Yea its been a battle but trying to keep going and yea the timed meals really do work I focus on an 18-6 fast/feed window plus timing my biggest meals inclusding carbs right after training so just keep dabbling with my diet all the time!

Sarms cycle is still cruising along great!

Today was back day and staying with my last few workout strategies of heavy lifts followed by hypertrophy.

Used my 30 pound weight vest for the pull-ups and chin-ups, the 200 pound resistance bands for the rest, and then my 50 pound dumbells for some biceps at the end.

Workout was:

Pull-ups: 5 x 8 reps
Chins: 5 x 8 reps

Bands:

5 sets x 15 reps lat pulldowns
5 sets x 15 reps seated rows
5 sets x 15 reps underhand rows

The using dip station bar:

6 sets x 15 reps bar pulls

Finally ended with 5 sets x 12 reps 50 pound biceps curls

Overall again feeling awesome! Best part is I still have about 2 more moths of this stack so excited to see how far I can go.

Weight is at 251 so dropped about 2 pounds which is good. Little bloated so abs are kinda hidden but not too bad right now still trying to dial back as much sodium as possible and water intake is through the roof (2-3 gallons a day).

Ok a few updates:

First should have called out that I am using both N2Guard as well as N2Generate classic on cycle. I love both because one is a full on cycle support (N2Guard) and the other helps mitigate suppression while on cycle (N2generate)

Also will be adding in yohim flame (topical transderm fat burner) as well as ancient strength (top notch creatine blend) to round out my cycle.

Really excited to add both to my cycle and big shout out to Rick from needtobuildmuscle.com for the fantastic products!

Today was cardio day so not much to add other than again my endurance is through the roof. 90 minutes doing sprints on my airdyne bike this morning and may do another session this afternoon as i really try to start cutting down even more.

Recover with the mk2866 has been on point and the strength/lean muscle gains have been very noticeable from the LGD and RAD140 as vascularity continues to pick up. Couple pics before cardio and still feeling the pump from my workout yesterday.

Still running strong!

Chest day was up this morning. Decided to go to town and just do some really good HIIT training.

500 pushups
150 flys with 200 pound resistance bands
150 standing chest presses with 200 pound resistance bands
150 overhead triceps extensions with 150 pound bands
150 triceps pushdowns with 150 pound resistance bands
100 upright rows with 150 pound resistance bands
100 seated shoulder presses with 70 pound dumb bells

I did these in the sequence listed above. Just kept going until finished one exercise then moved to the next. Took about an hour but many I am dead. progress is moving along im still about 252 pounds but look to be losing bodyfat and strength/endurance is on point.

The yohim flame looks to be helping too as my core is starting to lean out too.

Cardio was up for today.

Did my normal 90 mins on my airdyne bike. The cool thing is I just use the calorie tracker as a bar and in 90 mins since starting the cardarine an sr9009 I was burning around 1,000 calories (per the machine) and now im up to 1250 in the same time frame so essentially increased my intensity over the same endurance by 25% which is phenomenal!

Also strength is really picking up. Im at 252.5 pounds and abs are starting to show more. Chest is growing like crazy see pic below im around a 51.5" chest with a 35" waist at 252.5 pounds so cant complain!

The yohim flame ex is working great! Easy roll on application and is helping with the stubborn abdominal fat. The ancient strength i really like it is the first creatine supplement that has ruined my stomach and im starting to pick up some strength there too.

Alright pulling day up today!

Decided to go heavy to start then switch over to the 200 pound resistance bands. Workout was:

6 sets pullups with 30 pound weight vest - reps 9/8/7/6/5/5
6 sets chins with 30 pound weight vest - reps 8/8/7/6/6/5
4 sets bent over rows with 120 pound dumbell - reps 11/8/7/5

Switching to my bands I essentially did super sets of:

Lat pull downs
Wide grip rows
Close grip rows
Biceps Curls

Did 8 circuits of those exercise and finished off with some concentration curls with my 45 pound dumbells.

Vascularity is on point. Weight is down to 251.5 so still a little higher than i want but getting there. Sarms are really starting to kick in now and loving the yohim flame ex and ancient strength. Yohim Flame is def helping target the stubborn bodyfat and ancient strength giving great pumps and some muscle fullness so happy with both those too!

Alriiiiight killer chest day today!

Work was:

8 sets x 8 reps 90 pound incline dumbbell press

Then with push-up bars and 200 pound resistance bands I did 8 circuits hitting the rep ranges listed even if I needed to pause to complete:

25 reps pushups
12 reps overhead triceps extensions
12 reps triceps pushdowns
15 reps flys
15 reps chest press

Chest is feeling awesome and even after the workout still felt like I had more in the tank!

Sarms and n2bm products are kicking ass and taking names and size/vascularity continues to pick up.

I’ve been on the fence with sarms. There’s a lot to learn about in the world of PEDs. I haven’t worked my way into the knowledge of sarms as I have just focused on AAS at this time. One thing at a time. But by the look of your progress it’s clear they work[emoji1417]

Ok so today was a cardio day hammered it out early this morning with some ab stuff. Push myself to 120 mins on the airdyne bike and was literally dripping sweat but felt awesome.

I then did 5 sets of regular planks, side planks, bird dogs, and dead bugs.

Core is starting to tighten up pretty well with the Yohimflame EX. Strength and endurance are really picking up now. Shit im still feeling the pumps from yesterdays chest day!

Off to enjoy the sun!

Just good old cardio day today. 90 mins of airdyne bike then did some light weight goblet squats, GHBs, planks, and lunges.

Was pouring sweat but stamina is back like when i was 18! Weird angle but kinda shows how my lats are doing.

So today was back day again. Im continuing on the heavy movements first then reps/hypertrophy after.

Started with my weight vest with 40 pounds on it. Did 5 sets of Pullups and 5 sets of Chinups. Target rep range was 10 so in the later sets if I failed to make 10 in a single go I just took a 10 second break and hammered out whatever reps were left.

After that switched to my 200 pounds resistance bands and and 100 pound adjustable dumbells:

Circuits were as follows and did 8 of them:

Bar pulls - bodyweight for 15 reps
Lat pull downs - 15 reps
Wide grip lat rows - 15 reps
Underhand lat rows - 15 reps
Cross body back rows (opposite hand on each handle of my resistance bands and pulling back across my body) - 12 reps
Dumbbell bent over rows (100 pound dumbells) - 10 reps

After completing these I then did 4 sets of 8 reps of concentration curls with 55 pound dumbbells. Feeling fucking awesome and strength keeps going up! Muscles are super full and bodyweight hasnt really moved I clocked in at 254 so continuing to get stronger but not gaining weight which is my goal.

The sarms and N2BuildMuscle products are all on point couldnt be happier with the stack!

Cardio day was up for today. Again for those who dont think cardarine and/or sr9009 works below is a picture of my workout. Was tired so a little off pace but prior to starting both compounds it would take me 90 mins to get to 900 calories burned. Not saying the machine is accurate in that sense but its a way to track progress.

In 60 mins (pic again was a little of pace and at 64 mins) I burned as many calories as I would in 90 mins so picked up 50% more endurance/intensity in my workout from where I started and I do cardio all the time so not like im a novice.

Pretty phenomenal results to be honest.

Alright been MIA for a while but havent stopped training!

Today was just another cardio day. Pushing harder and harder though and tracking more calories burned per session with my airdyne bike.

I did hurt my back (on-going long time issue missing a disc, 1 slipped disc and 1 herniated disk) so the next few days will be a lot of stretching and getting my muscles really loose as that is typically where my back pain comes from so fingers crossed!

The sarms plus the N2BM products stacked are killer though and really dialing in now on the reduction of bodyfat.

Alright time for another update!

Weight is still holding steady at 253. Strength is growing by the day and im picking up size in all the right places. Sarms are really starting to pick up now looking forward to the last 3-4 weeks!

Yohimflame EX also helping with abdominal fat loving the easy of use too and ancient strength is giving fuller muscles.

Today was back day. Decided to mix it up and said 500 pullups and chinups (250 of each) with my weight vest (40 pounds on it). I just kept going as fast as possible it took about 75 mins to get them all done but basically started off with a 30 second rest between sets then as I got over 200 pushed it to 45 seconds, then when sets were not at minimum 5 reps pushed it to 60 seconds then the last few sets my rest was about 90 mins give or take.

Pics do not do justice my back is growing like crazy! That is a fitted (not compression) Nike XXL shirt and I may need to move up a size LOL!

2 more weeks until full PCT! Will continue on with the cardarine and start mk677 along with low dose clomid, nolva, and N2Generate ES.

Also will be running more of the YohimFlame EX as loving the fat burning results and may also stack more of the Ancient Strength creatine.

Best part is from start to finish ive picked up strength and size but weight is down about 4 pounds or so so exactly what I was looking for.

Lower back is still kind of a mess so I stopped doing the bent over dumbell rows and bar pulls since its loading up on my back and causing some pain.

I focused on pullups and chinups with my weighted vest (40 pounds) and 250 pounds on my resistance bands.

Workout was:

125 reps pullups
125 reps chin ups

I did 12 circuits of the following:

250 pound bands:
12 x lat pulldowns
12 x wide grip neutral rows
12 x underhand rows
12 x close grip neutral rows

Finished those and then capped it off with 6 sets of 10 reps with 55 pound dumbbells for a little extra pump!

Minus the back issues overall feeling really really good. Sad to see the cycle come to an end end of this month but will do full PCT with low dose Clomid, low dose Nolva, N2Generate ES, N2Guard, GW, and MK677.

Also will be running the YohimFlame EX as well to continue to trim back some stubborn fat.

Awesome updates, been following your log loving the progress! I've been seeing some nice results from mine so far, plan to post something up at the 8 week mark to give my feelings of it so far.
 
Alright unfortunately all great things need to come to an end!!

This past Saturday i finished my 12 week cycle of GW, SR9009, LGD, RAD140, and MK2866.

Loved the cycle and the products from sarms.forsale have been top notch!

PCT will consist of low dose clomid, low dose nolva, N2Generate ES, and MK677 while I finish up the GW and SR that I have left (non-suppressive so fine for PCT).

Again very happy with the results. Throughout the cycle I managed to keep my body weight exactly the same, cutting some body fat, while adding endurance on my cardio and strength/reps on all of my lifts. COVID19 really fucked up with my tracking of actual numbers but as you can see from my workouts the reps or weight steadily increased. Had a couple of set backs with my lower back that had me down for a few days but still managed to fight through and get some type of workout in.

Also pinched a nerve in my shoulder which has been nagging for a while so the MK677 should help greatly with that.

Again overall extremely happy with the products and lucky to have sarms.forsale here!

So PCT is done. Stopped cardarine and sr9009 now for almost a month will hope back on shortly.

Still taking the mk677 sleep on point and feeling great. Best part is I havent lost any size! Strength took a little hit coupled with a slight strain of my rotator cuff but still pushing through!

Back is still wide as hell LOL!
