Hi all, been lurking in the depths on and off over the years and am planning on running my 4th cycle early next year around January or maybe into Feb, so thought I would post it up and see what peoples thoughts are.
I am 32 years old, 6'2 85/6kg and about 12% bf. I have been training on and off due to my lifestyle and jobs over the last 12 years.
I began training at 19 yrs old, naturally starting off at around 65kg or close to 70kg. super skinny ecto with low bf % and zero muscle mass just skin and long lanky limbs, put on size up until I was around 79-80kg
Previous cycles I have done are :
cycle 1 :
As a young stupid 23 yr old with just about 12 months knowledge under by belt of reading forums and getting "Bro science advice " from guys at my gym,
I did an 8 week Test E cycle at 500mg, Dbol kicker starting at 40mg (as per the bro science advice ) and upped it to 50mg. I used Armidex on cycle to combat potential sides but soon realized I dont aromatize much at all and started to get the sore joints- a good indication that I was dropping my Estro. I had adverse side effects from Clomid as I started PCT- flashy vision, feeling depressed and sad and anxious, so had to figure it out on the ride and get other PCT meds like Novla.
I kept most of the strength gained and size, and life went on priorities changed, and so does the lifestyle as well. Sill kept training but not as often as I would have liked every day wise and training wise after about 6 months.
Cycle 2- A few years on at 25 after more solid training I did another cycle ( 10 weeks ) of Test E and Anavar. again Test E was 500mg and Anavar was started at 40mg off the bat and upped to 60mg, I got bad sides from the Anavar ,had cysts on my chest and bad acne, which I did get as a teenager. Little did I know I was actually allergic to Anavar and that potentially was causing a lot of issues.
I PCT'd for 4 weeks using Nolvadex and then used natural supps like D-Aspartic acid and herbal test booster supps to follow after that, lost some of the strength I had gained from that cycle as I was still very much a noob to figuring out my body.
Cycle 3- Was last year around April 2019, I was joining the military so needed to train hard and recover even harder, so decided to do a Test Prop at 300mg a week and Anavar at 40-60mg cycle for 8 weeks to get powerful strong and quick for my job. I was doing Strength training mixed with crossfit style circuit training with heavy weight and cardio intervals of rowing, running and body weight movements, mixed with kettlebell and DB work and the odd long distance running and swimming., this cycle was when I actually realized that I was allergic to Anavar. The inside of my mouth was burnt and stripping from the tablets and felt like total crap.
Went from a lean 84kg to hard full 88/89kg with speed, power and cardio, but suffered a bit with the added size when running longer distances so had to drop weight back down to 85-ish kg before joining.
This cycle I used Aromasin for an AI and also for PCT and found it to work really well for my body and I recovered quiet well.
Now which bring us to my proposed cycle: 4TH
My goal is to be strong, lean and fit with a good solid amount of muscle mass, I have planned to start a powerbuilding program working on strength for the big main lifts of SQT,DL, BENCH AND SHLD PRESS, with accessory work sprinkled throughout it with with the acc. work being giantsets circuit- antagonizing parts - Chest/back etc or acc work conditioning to assist the main lifts. I also train in BJJ-Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA as well a few days a week which gives me a bit of cardio and conditioning.
Essentially I want to be thick chest and back wise, solid well built legs. My legs arent actually bad for my 32inch waist just want to add more mass onto them - I really like Leg day, and to be strong and conditioned for martial arts as well.
This cycle : 300mg Test, Tbol 20mg to start -assess as the weeks progress and results
EQ 200/300/400mg dependant on effects and assessment as well
I have in mind a 15-16 week cycle :
Week 1-2 Test Prop at 100mg EOD -MON,WED,FRI for the first 2 weeks until it kicks in ,then switch to slower Ester of Test E
Week 2-14 Test E 300mg MON, THUR + 200-300-400mg EQ
Week 14-16 Test Prop 100mg EOD
AIs wise on cycle I will be using Aromasin 12.5mg(half a tab) 1-2x a week dependent on how my E is going, and if I see water weight or experience anything else will adjust according. I am super cautious of high E and crashing it as well
PERFECT PCT Protocol will be used as per the sticky, looks solid and very keen to give it a crack.
I have found that using only 300mg I actually made my best gains, size and strength wise, if not better than the 500mg I ran as a foolish young man and kept pretty much all of it. Im really trying to milk the lowest dosage I can get away with, with the least amount of sides etc and reap maximum benefits.
The dosage from EQ I would imagine will be very low to some and debatable for it to even work at all, I am highly sensitive to most things in my body, drugs or AAS wise and seem to grow like a weed. The reasoning behind the choice of EQ is for the improved RBC cardio output for MMA and BJJ and accessory conditioning I will be doing while slowly increasing my muscle mass and also doing some swimming or long distance running or triathlon style training now and then.
My diet is from clean, healthy foods, proteins, carbs and fats. I track my Macros and Cals on a regular basis to ensure I am getting what I need, and on high exerting days- MMA BJJ etc I will add in a clean mass gainer for extra calories or dependent on size gain etc.
sorry for the long ass post just thought I'd cover some questions that might arise instead of being that dude that posts only the cycle and nothing about his training history or cycles.
