Cycle log & First Tren Run

Alright everyone I said I would run a log on this when I started, as this will be my first tren run Id like to document how it treats me during this cycle.

A little bit about me and my history, I have trained on and off for quite a few years but got out of it for a while due to my job becoming very demanding but am in a position now where I have some freedom and can hit it hard. I got back into it in November of last year and got turned back around on the right path and have pushed harder than ever. Ive ran 5 cycles in the past with just a mixture of most compounds. Now for the good stuff as people say my cycle will be as below.

350 mg/wk Testosterone enanthate wk 1-16
600 mg/wk Equipoise wk 1-16
75 mg/eod Trenbolone Acetate wk 1-8
50 mg/ed proviron wk1-16
50 mg/ed Oxandrolone wk 9-16
20 mg/ed GW501516 wk 1 thru pct

Caber on hand if needed
AI on hand
Will also be running a cycle support the whole time

Will run full 6 wk pct possibly 8 week. Will follow the perfect PCT
Bloods will be checked pre mid and post cycle

I have already had my pre bloods checked and a couple moderators here have looked at them and everything looks great to start.

My job is still pretty demanding so Im going to try to keep this updated a couple times a week with how everything is going and updated progress pictures. Any comments/questions are greatly appreciated and I hope I can help some people out with this log.

Here is my starting point they aren’t the best pics but I feel as Im a little leaner than the pics show. I have veins that are starting to show in my lower abdomen that you can?t really tel from the pictures. My stats are 35 years old 193 lbs fasted in the morning at 6 tall. Goals for the cycle are to put on lean muscle mass with as little fat and water retention as possible. My diet and training will be on point just wondering if I will be able to keep the tren up for 8 weeks just from reading all of the sides people talk about. Let me know if you have any critiques/questions all are appreciated.

First off thank you to everyone that took the time to respond and the kind words it definitely keeps me motivated. I took my first Pin’s this morning before the gym. I am currently doing a PPL workout so today was back and bi. Not much to report with this being the first day. Excited to see the changes in the upcoming weeks. Well after checking my blood pressure when I get like I was getting flush in the face everything has been right on point. I think it’s just an overall heat throughout the whole body. I can tel that I am sweating more during my workouts and when during cardio. Other than the heat that’s the only side I am feeling as of now. Will update within the next couple days with an updated progress pic. Tomorrow will be my 3rd pin. As for my macros yesterday was a high carb day for me as I have been carb cycling I was at 334 protein 388 carbs and 70 fat.
 
Well as of yesterday my macros for the day was protein 212 grams 238 grams of carbs and 62 grams of fat. Took my 3rd pin this morning before the gym. Today at the gym was more of a maintenance day as I hit 45 min of cardio and about a half hour of abs. One thing I have noticed so far is my serratus anterior is starting to show which is something I haven’t noticed before. May be all in my head but I feel like some changes are happening even though it’s very early into the cycle. Let me know if any questions or comments I would love to hear them. Below is a couple updated pictures from this mornings training session. Sorry for the quality of the pictures I need to invest in a new phone lol

Thank you Vadim. So far I’m a fan of tren. Hopefully it treats me well throughout this whole cycle.
 
So yesterday was an off day for me so I spoke with Dylan and a gentlemen from another forum about my diet. With the recommendation from these guys I have switched to 50 30 20 starting yesterday at 2700 calories/day. I ended the day at 243 carbs 58 grams fat and 335 grams protein which was extremely close to all of my goals for the day. I pinned the tren this morning before the gym and it was my push day. I am definitely noticing a difference in the gym the weights aren’t as heavy as they use to be. On flat bench I’m normally good at 225 for 13-14 and repped it for 20 today so things are moving in the right direction. As for sides the sweats are staying about the same but I do notice a difference of sweating more and can also tell I was getting winded for a longer period of time after a lift, hoping the gw off sets this before long. Also I can tell I am becoming more vascular and starting to see some striations in my shoulders. Below are some pictures after my work out this morning. Thanks for reading everyone. Also the acne is from a past cycle about 5 months ago that I have been fighting for a while now. Hate that stuff.

Great log bro and some very positive updates. Seems like you’re killing it.

Just one thing, you don’t need 335grams of protein at your body weight. 250g is more than enough. Use the extra calories elsewhere, I’d recommend more healthy fats.

Thanks for the kind words and I appreciate the info. I’m the first to say I’m not the best at knowing the diet and knowing Dylan and his experience I was going with his recommendation. It may be overkill but I’m definitely seeing progress.
 
Just wanted to post my blood work that I have completed last Thursday. I am only a week in on my cycle it was just time for my annual blood work with the doc so I figured I would post it for reference. I plan on getting bloods again in 3-4 months. Nothing exciting here but my blood pressure was slight elevated along with my liver enzymes. Let me know if you guys see something I may be missing. Thanks.

It’s all trial and error bro. We all go through it. Everyone is different and reacts differently to compounds, training, diet etc. It’s all about finding what works for you (as safely as possible) and going with it.

I wouldn’t wait another 3-4 months for your next bloods. You should have blood work done 4-6 weeks into your cycle to make sure everything is okay, if not you can adjust accordingly.

I don’t know why I put months I meant weeks. Was going to hit mid cycle. I agree with the trial and error as we are all different. I appreciate you taking the time to reply.

So I have had to take the past 2 days off I’ve had some pain in my right shoulder when it comes to pressing movements mostly bench and shoulder press. Had an X-ray and it showed nothing and thankfully since my wife works at a hospital she got me in to see a PA in ortho said it’s just inflamed joints that are basically pissed off. He put an injection into the joint and said I should be good in a few days so hopefully this helps. I have been sticking strict to my diet and can definitely tell I have dropped some body fat. As for the tren just had a little bit of night sweats but that’s about it for now I’m feeling great. Below is a side by side picture from when I started and where I am currently. Thanks for reading guys.

As for the last couple days I took the weekend off due to my daughters first birthday. As it was hard to stay on my diet I actually did even with all the cake floating around. I trained the last 2 days with today being shoulders. I tried to do light shoulder press with the 40 lb dumbells and still felt a little pain but not much. I opted to step away from these as about any other shoulder workout doesn’t hurt.

As of now I am stating into my third week on cycle and not really noticing any sides from the tren other than I feel extremely tried around the late after noon. I can tell that my muscles are becoming harder and bf is still dropping. Will update towards the end of the week with progress pictures.

So I took Mobsters advice and put more days in between shoulders and chest to give the front delts more of a break so they are not overworked. Today I hit chest and triceps and with the time in between the shoulder injections and the N2Joint I had very minimal pain when benching today. Mostly focused on incline movements to try to get my upper chest built up. Stayed with lighter weights as not to aggravate my shoulder until all of the pain is gone.

I was scrolling through pictures from when I started back in the gym this past November and can say I have came a long way. I look at my physique now and I beat my self down on the little things and don’t appreciate the progress…until I looked back today. I trained for athletics when I was younger and kept a lean frame but when I took a new position at my job that was very demanding I let myself go is saying it lightly. I stepped in front of a mirror November of last year and just shook my head and decided to get back to the way I was. I started taking my diet and training seriously to turn my life back around. It’s hard for me to post this picture but it shows where I was exactly 8 months ago the first day I stepped back into the gym. Now no looking back and only getting better from here on out. I have to thank Tazz he has been my brother since day 1 and helped me with anything and everything I ask. Same goes for Dylan he has given me ALOT of great advice and helps me anytime I message him. And the rest of the guys on here you all give a lot of great information and I have learned so much. Anyone that finds this forum is lucky. I appreciate each and every one of you guys.

So I took Mobsters advice and put more days in between shoulders and chest to give the front delts more of a break so they are not overworked. I apologize for not updating work had me switch to running a crew for about a week and was out of town. Of course no gym in the area but did get cardio in at the hotel and stayed pretty consistent on my diet. Got back in the gym today for shoulders and the pain that I had in my right shoulder is complete gone after the injections I had. Been getting a few sides here and there from the tren but nothing major at this point, mostly sweats every now and then and I tell I get angry quicker but I’m pretty good at dealing with it and controlling it. The worst thing that has hit me recently is the acne on my chest/shoulders/back is bad on this cycle. I normally don’t have this issue but it’s something I’m having to deal with. I have a couple Updated pics that I will post below. My weight is staying about the same but I feel like the fat is dropping and I’m slowly building lean muscle which I am fine with. Today marks the 4 week mark I to my cycle and will have bloods ran at 6 weeks and will post the results. Thanks for reading eveyone!

How’s the cycle going bro?

Thanks for asking brother! Unfortunately I haven’t been able to keep up with this log like I had wanted to but my job as taken over. My days start at 3:30 so I can go to the gym and end about 9:30 at night when I’m putting the 3 little ones down for the night. As for my diet and training I have been keeping it pretty damn good especially with my long days. I keep everything packed with me so that I’m not tempted to grab fast food when out on the road. As for the cycle the tren is not being to rough on me. I can tell my aggression is up but I can control that and it’s not with my family it’s mostly people at work making stupid decisions. The night sweats are still a thing but the insomnia has subsided for the most part but I did get to experience the tren cough and all I can say is to hell with that lol the acne has been the worst thing for me it’s been pretty bad on my chest and back despite showering twice daily and using salicylic wash and tanning a couple times a week and using some amoxicillin. It’s not getting worse but it’s not healing very quickly. But anyways I feel like my muscles are becoming more full and the pumps in the gym are amazing with strength through the roof. It doesn’t feel like I get tired while working out to the point I wonder if I actually got a good workout in. The vascularity is the best it’s ever been I have new veins showing up daily it seems like. Below are some pictures this morning from the gym. Not sure my weight or bf% but I feel like the fat is coming off and I’m gaining lean muscle which is the goal for this cycle. But you all can be the judge. Thanks for reading everyone

Great job bro. Food prep is one of the most time consuming things so great to hear you’re keeping on top of it. Glad to hear you’re also sleeping better. Sounds like a good Tren dose for you.
